Jennie's Pov
My relationship with Lisa is going well. We celebrated our monthsaries and she always bring me in her private resort. It's only a week before Christmas break and I'm really excited because Lisa's family will be celebrating with my mom and I. My stepfather and half sister can't go since they're really busy. They better not go with us especially my half sister. She's an evil and wicked sister for me. I grew up being rivaled with that girl named Park Chaeyoung so I don't want her in my life. I'm currently practicing here in the gymnasium.
"Nini" Jihyo called me
"Yeah?"
"Do you know something about Amber and Sana?"
"Err all I know is that they're close friends right now"
"Nothing more?"
"Uhm........"
"Jennie Kim pleeaassee"
"I-I can't tell you. I promised Sana not to tell anyone--well except Lisa"
"Are they together?"
"No they're not"
"Then what's wrong with telling me about them?"
"Jihyo--"
"Hi guys"
I was cut off by Sana and she snaked her arms around Jihyo's waist. Jihyo was shocked when Sana back hugged her and she even tried to push Sana away.
"S-Sana what are you doing?" Jihyo asked
"I just wanna hug you"
"I better go" I said interrupting them
Before going, I told Sana to tell Jihyo the truth about her and Amber. Jihyo needs to know the truth.
Sana's Pov
Jennie's right, I need to tell Jihyo the truth about me and Amber. I don't want Jihyo to hear it from others.
"J-Jihyo I need to tell you something"
"Is it about you and Amber?"
I just nodded as a response. Fuuucckkk I can't hold my tears.
"Sana why are you crying?"
"A-Amber a-and I are....uhm"
"C'mon tell me. I won't be angry if you two are dating you know?" Jihyo said while giving me a soft smile.
"W-we're not j-just dating..........Amber and I are engaged"
Jihyo's smile turned into a frown. Confusion is written all over her face. She asked me how we got engaged and I told her the reason why.
"My parents and Amber's parents are business partners and since my parents' business are slowly going down and they have no choice but to let me be married with Amber so they can merge companies."
"Before you and Amber met--"
"No. We didn't know about our parents partnership."
"Congratulations still"
"Congratulations?! Shit, I'll be married with a girl I don't even love!"
"You can learn to love her"
"No I can't! I already love somebody else!"
"R-really? Who is it?"
"You, Park Ji Hyo"
Yes. It's true. I love Jihyo. I was just too blind to see it. I already love her before but I only realized it now. Now, that I'll be married with someone else. Now, that it's too late. I hate myself for not seeing it earlier.
"Haha Sana. W-what a j-joke"
"I'm not joking Jihyo. I love you and I'm serious about it."
"No Sana you don't love me" Jihyo said
I noticed that her tears are slowly falling down.
"Believe me, I love you. More than anyone and anything." I said while wiping her tears.
"Even tho you love me. We can't do anything because you're getting married"
"You know what I regret the most? I regret not saying this to you before I get engaged with another girl. I regret not saying how much I love you. If only I can turn back time, I would let you feel the love I wanted to show you right now. But turning back time is impossible. And I want to ask you, do you feel the same way I feel for you?"
It took her a long time before she answer but the three letters slapped me hard. Hard enough to make me realize that fighting for her will be worth it.
"I've been holding back my feelings for a very long time and you don't know how much I always wanted to say it to you. Everyday, I always debate with my heart if I really do like you or not but I soon realized that I love you."
"I want to fight for you Jihyo. I don't wanna get married with Amber. Please help me get away with this. Please."
"I'm willing to help you but I think it won't change your parents minds. And besides, Amber likes you a lot. She will never ever let you go."
"But I don't like Amber as a partner. I only like her as a friend! Even for once in my life, I want to fight for someone I love. I grew up as a teenager hooking up with girls I don't even like and this time I want to be with someone I really love. I wanna be with you Jihyo. Forever and always."
"I wanna be with you too."
"Then let's fight for ourselves! We love each other and no one can stop us. Even my parents nor Amber. Will you fight for me?"
"Hmm always"
We hugged each other.
