Lisa's Pov
It's already the 5th and last day of the sports fest. We'll be against Hongdae University for the championship. We prepared 10 times harder for them. They're the defending champions and we're planning to claim the title back for our school.
"Bae goodluck for your game later" Jennie said while holding my hands and kissing my cheeks
"Thanks Jendeukie"
"Pfft Jendeukie?"
"Yeah it's my nickname for you"
"Okay Lalice"
"Lalice? Eww"
"Go practice already. I'll just be here watching over you"
"Okay Jendeukie. I love you"
"Hmm. Love you too"
I run in the baseball field to continue practicing. I noticed Jennie staring at me while I practice and that's making me uncomfortable. I should feel happy that she's looking out for me but the way she's staring me is weird. Her stare is full of apologies? pity?
"Manoban focus!" Coach Sunmi exclaimed
I focused on pitching the ball. Kriesha didn't managed to hit it tho. I looked at Jennie again. She's really staring at me weirdly and I don't like it. I signaled a time out in the practice and went near Jennie.
"Jennie Kim, is there a problem?"
"What do you mean?"
"You're staring at me really weird. Something wrong?"
"None. Just continue practicing."
I returned on the field then continued to practice. I know something is bothering Jennie and I'm going to know what is it. I practiced my pitching over and over. Shit. How can I focus on the game later if there's something up with Jennie?!
.............After 4 hours............
Announcer: This will be your last pitch Manoban and if the Hongdae batter didn't hit the ball, your team will win.
I breathed in and out and focused on the catcher. I threw the ball with a lot of power and speed.........The batter was not able to hit the ball. We won. We're the champions this season. My teammates went near me and lift me up.
"YEEEAHHHH GOOD JOB MANOBAAANNN"
The officials gave us the trophy and a gold medal. We all took a picture together. Jennie went near me and kissed me....in the lips. Oh fuck. This is my first lip kiss with her. I kissed her back and I can taste a mint fresh flavor on her lips. Shit I love it. We continued kissing and didn't mind the people surrounding us. She cut the kiss and looked at me proudly.
"I'm so proud of you bae😍"
"All my winning games are for you"
Someone went near us and I looked at the person. It's Jisoo and Nayeon. Suddenly, I remembered what Yeri told me.
"Congrats Lisa" Jisoo said
