Sapphire: Fairly decent. How are you and Ruby?

Y/N: What do you mean?

Jade: Well... you do tend to stare at her a lot. Also do you ever notice didn't you sleep with her one time

We eventually made it back to the double dorm that we now shared with RWBY. Where Ruby immediately ran into me, knocking us both to the ground

Y/N: Hey Ruby, what's up

Ruby: Just forgot my board game at the library

As she felt dazed, I felt my face warm up since she just looked so adorable on the ground.

While Jade, Sapphire and Frost were snickering in the background, Ruby told us that we would be part of a plan to help with the fact that Torchwick was still out there. She even got Sun and some new guy named Neptune to join in. It was decided that I would go with Sapphire to perform a stakeout on a potential illegal dust dealing that Sun heard about, while Jade and Frost would strike a deal with an old informant to the Atlas military to observe the history of Torchwick/White Fang deals to think about their next possible targets.

As we prepared, I even got my first actual mission outfit. I had been working on it with Ruby ever since the docks since it was decided I could use a more huntsman like appearance

*A VAGUE AMOUNT OF TIME AGO*

Ruby: So I figured that you would need a new outfit. Once you graduate you can't look cool while helping us save the world if you're always in a hoodie

Y/N: I mean... I could start wearing jeans instead of sweat pants

Ruby: No, I mean an actual cool outfit like the rest of us. Also, I sorta figured you couldn't use aura yet

Y/N: Oh yeah... that's a thing

Ruby: I mean, even with your powers, you can still get hurt, so maybe I could apply my weapon knowledge to a design that could help make up for that

Y/N: Well out of the 11 people I know, you're the best when it comes to weapon-y stuff
