I've made assumptions too quickly,
and now I just feel sickly.
I'm so sorry that I did this to you,
It's a barrier that I've broken through.
I should of been less selfish,
I should of been less jealous,
It was never your fault,
That your demons wouldn't halt.
I hope that you will forgive me,
Because you're the one with the key,
That will fulfill my heart.

Shindo stood there, his feet practically glued to the cement flooring of the tall building. It was as if somebody paused time, because his body was as tense as a rigid bicycle wheel; unmoving.

His eyes were as round as ever, pupils dilated as the familiar nickname said in Yuichiro's deep voice seeping into his ears like the directions to the heaven's gates. It took him a complete minute before he stuttered out, "W-what?"

"Your name." Yuichiro's muffled voice spoke into Shindo's chest, Yuichiro's arms sliding further down his waist. "It's Mika, isn't it?"

Shindo could feel the tears that stained his shirt, but could care less about the drenched fabric when his flower knew of a nickname that was very close to his actual name. "Yes, well— No. It's my nickname, how... D-do you know it?"

The black-haired boy sniffled before wiping his nose on his sweater sleeve. "Ferid let it slip. Your father pretty much exposed you." He told Shindo.

"O-oh. Okay." The blond answered back, feeling relieved that Yuichiro didn't remember who he was. When his flower called him Mika, he thought maybe Yuichiro recognized him. But that wasn't the case.
