"you need to stop reading those awful comments " sanha says taking my phone
"you're not actually pregnant like that rumour said" mina said, grabbing a banana milk from the fridge "you need to tell everyone the truth"
"im having a meeting with nayoung, stray kids' manager and felix. we're going to discuss this situation. if they ban us from seeing each other im seriously gonna cry" i say laying my head on the table
"you're so boring mark" hana says walking into our dorm with mark "hey guys" she smiles
"hey" i groan
"hey market how's life treating you?" mina asks from the counter
"im decently happy" he smiles
"well that makes three of us" sanha smiles and looks at me "four?" she questions
"3" i answer "i gotta go now"
"you're meeting?" hana asks, entering the kitchen
"sadly, if i come back crying you all know why" i huff leaving

"jiyoon, why do we always gotta talk like this" nayoung sighs
"nayoung, im not pregnant ok? i don't know why we gotta be here" i say, looking at felix
"jiyoon, you're getting so much hate online. do you know how much this affects this group?" she questions. oh yeah this group is more important than my mental state
"more importantly, do you know how much this affects stray kids?" felixs manager asks, "they just debuted and now this scandal?"
"taeji hyung" felix says, warningly
"felix you must know this is serious" his manager continues, "you both are under a lot of- stuff let's say"
"im sorry ok" i say rubbing my face in frustration "i don't know what to do, im not pregnant and we're not dating. people just can't be friends, can they?" i say, tears almost falling
"jiyoon, it's not your fault. you know that and i know that" felix says, rubbing my arm reassuringly
"are you sure you two are not dating ?" our managers say with questioning looks
"no!" i yell, "just tell us what we have to do"
"we'll release a statement claiming you're not pregnant and not dating but i think you guys should both go live and tell everyone the truth" nayoung says and we nod "ok we'll see you tomorrow" nayoung turns to taeji
"wait we're going live tomorrow?" i question
"we need to resolve this as soon as possible" taeji, stares at us with no emotion
"ok" i say, "im gonna leave then" i say getting up to leave
"jiyoon" felix whispers "are you ok?"
"im living" i half smile
"you're not ok, what can i do?" he asks, worriedly
"i read what everyone was saying about me- i don't know why, i just did. im so sorry, felix. people were saying things about you too but i couldn't read them or i would've cried" i say, wiping a tear that fell
