When the last bell rang, Fresh hurried to his locker. He really didn't feel like getting caught in a fight after the day's events...
"Hey, punk."
Oh no. The nerd thought, thinking of all the possible out comes. None of them sounded good...
"Y-Yes?" The plaid wearing skeleton fiddled with his glasses. He knew this encounter wouldn't end well. Mostly for her.
"Let's see who's gonna save you now." She hissed, seeing as the halls were empty.
"Y-You're ri-right... Let's see."
PJ huffed as he walked to his car. The first day back of his Junior year and already had more than half the school's girls were after him... They literally could've seen him anywhere around the town and city all Spring Break! And only now they were chasing him!
Looking to his left, he saw the nerd leave the main building that had all of the lockers.
He was wiping away blood from his cheek, yet looking indifferent to it.
"You okay, nerd?" He called out.
"H-Huh?" The new kid looked over, showing a large webbed crack on his cheek.
"Whoa! What the hell happened to you?" The jock lightly jogged over to the nerd, who was holding his bloodied cheek.
"Oh... I-I just t-tripped... A-And got tr-trampled... I-I am sm-small..." The white skeleton looked off to the side, most likely to try and hide the crack.
PJ sighed, he hated the feeling he was feeling... It just won't let him leave the nerd alone!
"Come on, where do you live?"
Fresh blushed lightly as he was dragged into a really nice looking sports car. He didn't know what model though, it seemed to be a blue Ford of some sorts.
"D-David West Dr-Drive... 6964... I-It's the g-grey house..."
The inky skeleton nodded as he began to drive down the streets. The West streets were normally closer to the city...
"How did you make it to school with only a skateboard?" He asked, glancing at the injured monster.
"M-My s-street is r-right there..." Fresh pointed to the hidden street. It was, at most, a five minute drive, but at least a fifteen minute skateboard ride from school.
"Oh... Thought the street would be closer to the city..." He murmured.
The nerd shook his head. The noise would've gotten to him.
"N-no... I don't like c-crowded areas..."
The darker monster nodded, he saw how the kid acted in the noisy classroom... Even if they only had three classes together.
"Makes sense... Here?" The house was the only grey one on the whole block.
"Hm!" The smaller skeleton gave a sharp nod.
PJ drove into the unused drive way and let his eyes stare out into the yard.
The grass was unkept, the weeds practically were the only thing you could see! The grey walls were chipped and had some mold growing on them. The place could've been written off as abandoned!
"You sure this is your house?"
The smarter one nodded shamefully... It was what he could afford with his money...
"Th-Thanks f-for the r-ride..."
Fresh got out of the car with his stuff, expecting the taller to drive off. He was surprised when he felt a hand on his shoulder, belonging to the jock.
