(Name)'s POV

[Chapter warning: swearing and intimate mention.]

I awoke in the morning to the annoying blare of the alarm on my phone. I groaned as I reached for the device to switch it off. After a long internal argument with myself, I lazily raised from my laying position into a sitting one. I ran my hand over my face and then into my hair as I started stretching.

I slouched tiredly as I took my phone to check through it.

'It's Friday.' I smiled softly still too tired to actually function.

6 messages and 2 facebook notifications and 4 instagram comments on my last post. I decided to check my messages first.

2 were from my best friend, Sakura. 1 was from my other friend, Naruto. 1 was from my mom. 1 was from my brother figure, Deidara. And finally 1 was from my boyfriend, Sasuke.

Sasuke 🤗❤️:Good morning babe, I know you're not awake yet but I just want you to know I gotta stay behind after school today to help Kabuto with something so I might not make it to our movie night. Xx

I frowned but replied nonetheless

(Name): Don't stress babe, I'll just be at home busy with some art project due anyway. So drop by if you can. ❤️

I opened my best friends messages next.

Sakura: Gooood morning (Nick Name), please can you bring me those clothes I left at your house.

Sakura: and that movie I left too, thanks 💗.

(Name): Sure, no problem I'll do that Sakura-chan. X

I made a mental note to remember the clothes and movie.

Naruto: Hey (Name), you wanna come with the gang and I to the mall tonight? We're gonna go ice skating and have dinner.

(Name): I would love to but I got homework I need to catch up on. Next time though Naru x

Naruto was by far one of my best friends, even more so than Sakura really but I was hoping Sasuke would finish early with Kabuto and then come to my place for cuddles and movies.

Deidei: Hey (Nickname), just wanted to remind you that you gotta be at school a bit earlier than usual because there's an art club meeting about the art show...un.

I glanced at the time: 6:57. School started at 8:00 and Deidara might wanna meet at 7:30.

That's when it kicked in.

"SHIT! I gotta move or else I'll be late!"

I rushed to my bathroom and took a quick shower. Wrapped in my towel I quickly brushed my teeth and applied deodorant.

I rushed out the bathroom with my towel on and dripping wet hair. I practically destroyed my cupboard looking for something to wear. I grabbed a white tank top, blue skinny high-waisted jeans and grabbed a black semi formal blazer and black high top converses. It was kinda formal but it looked good and makes it look like I put the effort in.

I quickly blow dried and straightened my hair (next is optional) and applied make up.

I checked the time again as I walked into the kitchen. 7:21.

'Damn, no time for breakfast or even a cup of coffee.'

I grabbed my keys and ran out my small home, locked and jumbled with the keys to get my car keys. I found it and opened my (favorite colour) Ford Fiesta. I zoomed towards the direction of my school. I was 2 blocks away when my phone started ringing.
