Dearest diary,
You’ll never guess what happened! I met this amazing guy named Mueen. He seemed like the perfect guy. He asked me out and I accepted without telling zahira of course… She’d just judge me and make me feel bad. So everything was going well with Mueen until we had a fight that same night. I just couldn’t stand his temper. Wish me good luck…
I signed my diary and let it rest next to my bedside on the table. Mueen was amazing and rich but refused to send me a picture of him. He was aware that I had overprotective brothers and decided to look past that. He demanded that I send nude pictures and when I refused then he began to get upset. It was only one day that we were going out and I was determined to make it work. I thought about sending the nude picture to him but I knew that my reputation would be tainted so I avoided it. Mueen and I fought and I wasn’t happy as it was the beginning of our relationship and he already wasn’t an understanding person. He insisted that we send nude pictures because we are in a relationship and should be “intimate with each other”. I refused every single time until he eventually gave up hope and said that he’ll ask when we comfortable with each other.
The next day I went shopping with my sister and we went to watch “The fault in our stars”. I was waiting for it for ages! It was so amazing! Yet sad :( i didn’t talk to Mueen the entire day as I was out with family and couldn’t risk anybody seeing my phone. We went home after shopping and was going to leave from home for the movie. I ran into a room and texted him saying that I loved him and that I would talk to him as soon as I get home.
I arrived home at 23:00 and I knew that I would have to hear a mouth full from Mueen as he had an extremely short temper! I was right… He demanded why I didn’t speak to him and when I told him that I went shopping and for a movie then he got arrogant and insisted that I forget about him and go shopping and for a movie again. He didn’t repky to my previous message where i told him that i was goimg for a movie because apparently his messages were not going through but I was fed up and tried to break up with him.
Me: I’m sorry but I don’t think that this relationship is going to work out…
Mueen: it will. We’ll make it work.
It was tough with him. He banned me from talking to all boys and I asked permission to talk to Aadil as he is like a big bro to me. Mueen hesitated at first but thereafter agreed. He then said that no boy could tweet me or else he would leave me and murder them but he said that Aadil could. Aadil found it hilarious that I was banned to talk to any other guy and thought that Mueen was a joke. I agreed. He really was a joke!
Aadil and I decided to see if Mueen meant what he said about Aadil tweeting me and Aadil tweeted me a love quote from Oliver Wilde. We both loved him. I replied with a picture of another love quote and then things got real!!
Mueen messaged me telling me that it was over. I played dumb and asked why and he insisted that Aadil and I were a couple. He was always jealous of Aadil. We began to fight and we eventually broke up. It was so amazing! I didn’t have feelings for him but I just went for him to make Aadil happy as he wanted to see me happy with a guy. Aadil felt terrible because he thought that he was the cause of the break up but I thanked him as I was finally free!! Mueen then sent a message saying that we never getting back together because i didn’t apologize yet. I thought that it was over already :| I had my best cousin(who’s practically my sister), Rehana and Aadil ready to go after Mueen. I was finally single and ready to mingle…
