Joe Sugg's POV
------
"She is pretty fit, Joe." Caspar randomly speaks up. I look up from the video I was editing, and give him a confused look. "Who?" I ask him, genuinly wanting to know who he was talking about.
"Alexis." he stares at me like I have a third eye. I chuckle while looking back down at my laptop. "And why do you say that?" I continue asking him questions. He scoffs and looks at me. "It's pretty obvious that you fancy her." as he speaks I chuckle. "I hardly know her, Caspar." I defend myself.
"So? It doesn't matter if you know basically nothing about her. It doesn't take much to start liking someone, Joe." he speaks, as I look up from my computer screen once more. "I don't fancy her, or anyone else." I speak firmly. He raises his eyebrows, "Denial." he mumbles, barely audible. I roll my eyes at him.
As my eyes scan through Twitter, I reach Alexis' newest tweet.
@QueenAP: So happy I moved to London! Met my three new best friends here, @ZozeeBo @Joe_sugg @PointlessBlog! ;D
And attached to it was the selfie of all four of us that she took last night. I liked, and retweeted it. Although I tried, I couldn't keep the smile from finding its way to my face. Because as much as I hate to admit it, I do think Alexis is one of the prettiest and real girls that I've been friends with.
And, yes, that sounds strange because I've known her for a little under a week. But it's not like I'm saying I fancy her. Because I surely do not.
Well, at least I'm convinced that I don't.
I clicked on her Twitter, while scrolling through all of her tweets. Her most recent tweet was the one with me, Zoe, and Alfie in it.
I started going through her pictures. There were many of her with fans, along with some of random pictures. All that was running through my mind was of how perfect she was.
Her dirty blonde hair wasn't too unique, but it was what made her, her. Her eyes were one of her best features. They were sky blue, with little specks of hazel in them.
Her accent was adorable, honestly. I love Australian accents so much more than British accents. Her style fit her well, such as the way she dressed and the way she decorated her bedroom.
I looked up at Caspar, as he was still on his phone. I looked back down on my laptop, while continuing to scroll through her Twitter pictures.
"Joe, can I ask you something?" Caspar speaks up for the second time. "What is it?" I ask.
"If you don't fancy Alexis, why did Alfie post a picture of you two cuddling?" he smirks towards me. I groan and cover my face with my hands.
"We were watching horror movies and she got scared so I was comforting her. She fell asleep on me and I didn't want to wake her up so I just fell asleep with her. We managed to end up like that." I say, slightly embarrassed.
He chuckles. "I wouldn't judge you if you fancied her, Joe. She is very pretty." he says seriously. I rolled my eyes. "Well I don't." I say for the 500th time.
Although I felt as if that was slightly a lie. I mean I am almost positive about what I just said. But then again, I was just telling myself that she was basically the deffinition of perfect. I want to convince myself that I don't like her, only as a friend, but it's pretty difficult due to the fact that I may like her a bit more.
The main reason I don't want to fancy her because if I do I will most likely make every situation we're in together extremely awkward. Or I wouldn't want to change our friendship in any way, considering there's a large possibility that she wouldn't like me back.
I study more of her pictures till I eventually reach the end of them.
But then there's a few reasons as to why it would be good to fancy her. Of course, I may end up in a relationship. Which I haven't been in for quite a while now. And there's also a slight chance that she may have mutual feelings towards me. Plus, she's gorgeous, funny, unique, real, and different from many other girls nowadays.
But, of course I don't fancy her.
I get pulled away from my thoughts as my phone vibrated in my pocket, signaling I had just recieved a text message. And ironically, it was from Alexis.
Alexis - We're doing the Innuendo Bingo on my channel and the Electric Shock Ball on yours, right?
Joe - Yeah, unless you wanna switch it. Whichever's fine ((;
Alexis - Only you would add that cheeky wink ((;
Joe - You know it!
Alexis - Anyways, would you prefer filming it at your flat? Or mine?
Joe - I would say yours, but I really want you to meet my roommate, Caspar.
Alexis - Okay, you don't mind sending me your address, right?
Joe - Yeah, I do
Alexis - Oh...
Joe - ((;
Alexis - Uhm..
Joe - (Insert address because I sadly don't know Joe's)
Alexis - K, thanks!
That 'cheeky' wink is considered flirting, right?
Wait, I don't even fancy her. So why am I even attempting to flirt with her. I don't really know what's going on in my mind right now, all I know is I can't wait till Thursday. Mainly because I want to see her reaction to dirty innuendos. Did that come out sexually? I feel like it did.
As I continued studying every one of her Twitter photos intently, I realized something. Is this what people do when they fancy someone. They stalk their Twitter and social media websites, just studying each and every one of their photos? Or am I just going insane. No, I'm not.
I fancy Alexis.
------
So I'm sorry I ended the chapter here. And considering I was pretty much out of ideas, I chose to give you guys a bit of Joe's point of view and perspective. And as you can tell, he quite likes her.
And, you see, I'm really not sure if this is rushed or not. But I'm enjoying it so I hope you guys are too. And please comment if you're not because I really enjoy feedback. But, goodbye for now!
