CHAPTER 4
Old Flame

_

Yunhee's POV

Yesterday was a really fun day. My date with Jinwoo went well. He's starting to grow on me. I might even have a little crush on him, to be honest.

I don't think it would be bad if I fall for him. I mean, we are married.

I'm currently home alone. It's my day off from work. Jinwoo's parents are on vacation, he's at work and Taehyung is..I don't know. Who knows where he is.

Suddenly, I heard the door open.

I look at the person who walked in.

"Tae?"

"Yunhee? Why are you home?" He sat next to me on the couch.

"Its my day off today. The real question is why are you at home?" I asked him.

"Because I can do what I want." He flashed me a sarcastic smile.

I just scoffed.

"How was your date with the devil?"

"It went wonderful actually. He's quite the charmer." I proudly say.

"Nice." He responds with an annoyed tone. Okay, seriously? What's his problem.

"Anyways, I'm bored. Let's go do something." He stands up.

"Do what exactly?" I look up at him.

"Let's go to Starbucks. It's on me." He smiles.

"Alright then. Let's go." I'm only going because he's the one paying.

"Okay so what do you want?" Taehyung asks me while looking at the menu.

"I would like a pink drink with extra strawberries please." He nods at me.

"What about you?" I ask him.

"I'm gonna get a caramel macchiato." I just nod.

"Okay sounds good. I'll find us a seat."

I scanned the place and decided to take a seat by the window. The view was beautiful.

A few minutes later, Taehyung arrived with the drinks.

"Thank you." I beamed at him.

"You're welcome." He gave me his cute box smile.

Honestly, Taehyung seems like a nice guy. I don't know why he acts like an asshole sometimes though.

"Anyways, what's up?" He starts a conversation.

"Nothing really. Jinwoo and I are finally getting alo-"

I quickly stopped myself from talking any further. I completely forgot that Taehyung doesn't know about me and his brother's real relationship. Our families think we've been happy since our marriage.

"I mean..everything's fine." I awkwardly smile at him.

"Yunhee, you don't have to hide from me. I know that you've been putting up an act ever since you guys got married."

Wait, what..?

"What do you mean..?" I gave him a questioning look.

"I mean..I know. But don't worry, this stays between us." He smiles at me. I don't know what to feel.

"Let's be friends alright? You can tell me all of your problems." He takes a sip of his drink.

I can't help but smile. I feel much more comfortable with him now.

"Okay. Friends then." I tell him.

Taehyung's POV

I dropped Yunhee off after we hung out at Starbucks.

I know I should really back off because she's already spoken for, but I just can't. I'm being selfish I know, but I don't care.

I decided to head to the company since I have some unfinished business I have to do.

As I was driving, I saw something I wish I didn't see.

It was my brother.

With his ex.

When me and Jinwoo had that little scene when he got home late, I didn't mean what I said. I was just taunting him with those words. I had no idea that it would actually be real. Well, maybe.

I was about to pull my phone out and take a picture but I decided not to. Their not exactly doing anything wrong except talking.

I'll let this one go.

Jinwoo's POV

I was working in my office when my assistant came in.

"Excuse me Mr. Kim but someone wants to see you." Hoseok tells me.

"Who?" I ask him.

"Someone named Kang Seohyun, Sir."

I froze.

Seohyun's back?

"Oh...okay. Let her in." I tell him.

"Yes Sir. One moment please." He bows then leaves.

I'm in shock. I can't believe it. Seohyun is finally back. My ex whom I loved so much.

I stood up and fixed my tie a little bit. My eyes then caught my wedding ring. It's probably a bad idea to take it off but I can't have Seohyun seeing this right now.

*knock knock*

"Jinwoo.." I then heard Seohyun's voice.

I looked up and saw her looking at me.

"Seohyun-ah..."

"Its been a while, Jinwoo." She smiles.
