CHAPTER 10
The Morning After

| Yunhee's POV |

*bzzzt bzzzt*

I woke up to the sound of my phone buzzing.

I was about to sit up and grab my phone when I felt an arm wrapped around me. I shift my head to the side and saw a sleeping Taehyung.

Memories from last night suddenly came rushing to my mind.

A smile crept up to my face as I remembered every detail.

I slowly and carefully grab my phone from the bedside table, careful not to wake Taehyung up. As soon as I opened my phone, my smile disappears.

It was a message from Jinwoo.

My happiness then changed to guilt.

I open the message.

' Good morning jagiya. My business trip is almost over and I think I'm gonna be home tonight. I miss you by the way. Don't forget to eat breakfast.  - Jinwoo xx '

I close my eyes and bit my lip.

What have I done? Jinwoo has been treating me good. I know he hasn't been here but I also know that it's because of work.

And what do I do? I end up cheating on him with his brother.

I sat up, forgetting that Taehyung is still beside me.

"Good morning. You're up early." Taehyung mumbles, his eyes half closed.

"Uh..yeah." I say while rubbing the back of my neck.

He sat up and kissed my neck.

Ugh.

"Last night was...amazing." He says while lightly kissing my neck.

I face him.

"Its also never..going to happen again." I tell him with a serious face yet my voice sounded unsure.

"Wait what? Why?" Did he forget that I'm married?

"I mean..you did say just for the night. So that's what it was. Just for the night." I look away from him.

"Did you want it to be every night then?" He says while slowly running his hand up and down my back.

I blush, a little embarrassed.

"W-what..n-no!" Ugh. Why did I stutter.

"Hmm. Okay babe. Whatever you say." He then gets up and starts putting on his clothes.

He was about to leave when I spoke.

"I'm serious Tae. This can't happen again. I'm your brother's wife and we can't do this to him."

He looks at me with a clenched jaw.

He was about to say something when he stopped himself.

"Mmhm." That was all he said.

He left the room and I just sighed. I then glance at the clock and see that it was 8:10 am. I should get ready for work.

I'm now in my office, just scanning through files. I'm not really focusing since my mind is filled with thoughts.

Thoughts about Taehyung.

"Aish!" I throw the files on the desk. I can't think right anymore.

My gaze shifts to the left and see a file that says 'confidential.' On top of it was a sticky note. I take a look at the note and it says 'take to Mr.Kim'

I stood up and grabbed it. Since he's not in his office because of the business trip, I'll just drop it off.

I was now walking to his office. I still couldn't get Taehyung off of my mind especially with what happened last night.

I snap out of my thoughts when I reached Jinwoo's office.

I went inside and walked towards his desk just to drop the file off. As I was about to leave, I noticed something on the floor by his chair. I take a closer look at the object and kneeled down to grab it then stood up.

It was..

an earring?

| Taehyung's POV |

It's currently 9:40 pm.

I'm home alone since Yunhee's still at work and my brother has a "business trip" he's taking care off. My parents are still on vacation but I think they'll be back in a few days.

I just sat in the living room couch thinking about last night.

Just thinking about it got me hard.

I'm also thinking about what Yunhee said this morning. It bothered me that she's worried about Jinwoo when clearly she doesn't know what the hell he's been doing lately.

I should show her the picture but I'm scared she'll freak out or get hurt.

That's the last thing I want to do.

She still has to know though. I'll tell her in the right time.

I walked to the kitchen to make a cup of coffee when I heard the door open. I saw Yunhee walk in.

"Hey Tae. Is..Jinwoo home?" She asks while walking towards the kitchen.

"Not yet." She walked towards me.

"I...I saw this in his office." She pulls something out from her bag.

It was an earring.

I was about to say something when suddenly the door opened.

Jinwoo's home.
