CHAPTER 15
When A Heart Breaks

| Yunhee's POV |

Lately I've been avoiding Taehyung. What he said really hurt me and the fact that there's a possibility of it being true is not helping.

Even if it is true, do I have a right to be mad? I cheated on Jinwoo too. It was with his own brother.

This whole situation is going to cause a downward spiral.

The bedroom door opened and I saw Jinwoo walk in.

"Hey beautiful." He sat down on the bed and faced me.

"Hey." I lazily smile at him.

"Look, I need to discuss something with you." He says while biting his lip.

I just nod at him.

"Alright then. What is it?"

"I don't want you talking to Taehyung anymore." I gave him a confused look.

"Why?" It shouldn't matter since I'm already ignoring Tae but I'm confused to why Jinwoo would want me to stop talking to him.

Wait..does he know?

"I just don't want you to talk to him anymore. I don't like it and I get jealous."

Oh.

"Is that..all?" Please say yes.

"Yes that's all. So please..stop talking to him for me?" I nod.

"Alright. I'll stop. Also, let's get ready for work." I was about to get up when he stopped me.

"No baby its fine. Stay home and rest. You pretty much finished all your work. I, however, have some things I need to tend to." He gives me a kiss on the forehead and stands up.

"Are you sure?" I stand up to follow him.

"Yes. Stay at home and do what you want okay? Get a lot of rest. You need it. Also do you want to pick what I'm wearing for work?" I beamed at him.

"YES! Finally!" I rush to our closet while he just chuckles at me.

| Taehyung's POV |

I just pace back and forth in my office doing nothing.

I glance at my watch. 7:35 pm.

I then check if I needed to do some other things. Most of it is done.

"I'm going home." I muttered and grabbed my things.

As I was driving home, I've been thinking about what's been going on with me and Yunhee. She's been ignoring me. What do I have to do to make her believe me?

Maybe she just really loves my brother.

Fuck.

The thought of her in love with my brother kills me.

I shouldn't be thinking about these kinds of things because now, the thought of them sleeping together is stuck in my mind. I don't care if their not doing anything. Even if their not, he still gets to be with her. He gets to wake up next to her.

I arrive home and noticed that Jinwoo's car is not there. My parents' car isn't there either. Yunhee's car, however, is there.

This means we're alone. Maybe I can talk to her.

I walk inside the house and saw that she wasn't in the living room. She's probably in their room.

I walk into the kitchen to get a drink of water when I heard footsteps.

"Oh. You're..home." It was Yunhee. She quickly turns around and starts walking away.

"Yunhee please, talk to me." She doesn't stop. I sigh and decide to follow her.

"Yunhee come on! Just talk to me please!" She angrily turns around.

"God Tae what!" Does she hate me that much?

"Do you hate me that much that you're literally trying to avoid me after what I said?"

She rolls her eyes and looks away.

"I just can't talk to you anymore." What the hell?

"Why?!" I grab her arm and force her to face me.

"Tae you're hurting me!" I Ignore her.

"Is this because of Jinwoo?!" I angrily ask her.

She forces herself out of my grasp.

"Yes! Yes Taehyung! This is because of Jinwoo! I don't want to talk to you anymore don't you get that?! Why can't you take a hint?!"

I was speechless.

"Do you love him?"

She looks me in the eye.

"Yes. I love him." I think my heart just broke.

I let out a small gasp.

"From now on, please stay away from me. Forget what happened between us." With that, she walks away with a fast pace.

I felt like crying for some reason. I mean, who wouldn't feel like crying after finding out that the girl they love is in love with someone else.

Fuck this.

I leave the house. I need to get my mind off of her.
