In last four chapters we discussed about how people around you are connected wih you. But you know , bonds are stable only to a certain limit.
It's not just about the people but also about your attitude towards them.

Hate is a very extreme form of disgust. When you hate something, it's not just that it only discomforts you but also makes you work against the will of your mind.
Say for example , you hate someone for a particular reason; say bullying.
What do you do next?
Avoid them, ignore them and gradually you get used to it.
However, if that person comes in front of you suddenly and bullies you for no reason, you may feel like punching them in the face and vanishing them off your site.
But you know you are weak.
But one day , you will take a stand. Hatred will give you power and confidence even if you don't stand a chance.

What people say is "peace" is actually just a cover up for the coming hatred.
I believe if there is peace for too long (say 2 centuries), a war will break out eventually.
It's just human nature.
Like say for example you have Trump as President of America with a nuclear bomb button on his table. A cold nuclear war continues to go on between the US and North Korea.
Such things are still happening in the "era of peace".

1---There is always hate. People carry with them but don't show it.
It's like you keep tolerating this hatred but to a maximum certain amount of time. When you cannot tolerate anymore, that time it's all out.
Then incidents happen.

2---But also, it can be other way round.
When an incident happens and you lose someone or something, your hatred grows. It then comes out gradually in form of constant rudeness and an angry personality.

When you combine 1 and 2 ,a hate cycle is created. As incidents happen ,u hate and as you hate, incidents happen and again same procedure goes on.

It can be stopped though.
Love can stop it.
As you love or are being loved, a unique power fills your heart. This power is nothing but happiness. Happiness inturn gives you the power of tolerance.
Once you master tolerance and remain happy, the hate cycle stops.

Loving someone feels soo hard but hating feels equally easy.

Hatred can bring out a monster in an innocent person.
For example, Hitler.
Hitler carried hatred his entire life.
But imagine if Hitler was good. He could be the best World Leader in history.

How can a decent man be a serial killer?
Well, anyone can get trapped in the cycle of hate and can start their own.
When a person is in pain, he questions. His questioning is mostly like "Why me? What wrong have I ever done?!"
Well it's not about him. It's about others. People will always cause you pain. That pain, that sadness turns into questions.
Questions with no definite answer and you suffering for something which is not even your fault makes you take revenge.
To review ,
Sadness= Pain= Questioning= Revenge= Hate.

I'll list some of main reasons for hating and how you should avoid them.

1- Love.
Yes number one reason of what can fill your heart with hatred is love itself. You may have trust issues from some small statements of even talking plainly or rudely. Directly it triggers your trust.
To avoid this try to talking to the person instead of ignoring them ( People try not to talk because they don't want to be hurt more from the rudeness). Honestly best option would be to talk to them about it.

2-Yourself.
(Deep psychology)
There can be things about yourself that you hate and are concious about. Everyone has this tendency to hate something about themselves.
For example, say your voice.
Your voice can sometimes make you unable to talk. Later, you never feel like talking and give up.
To avoid this, just talk more against your will. Eventually people will get used to it. You won't have to worry about it.
The more you hide, the more negativity you accumulate.

3-People around you.
Most common reason for people hatred is other people.
Pointing out mistakes and criticizing is actually very easy. But taking... those just hurts.
Most of the time, your friends critize you over the limit. They won't realize that because there is soo much informality and all and they are probably used to it then.
To avoid this ,don't tell them about it directly because they will think you are too sensitive and all. Instead as you all are friends,so critize them back. It's the best way to get out of it.

4- ( Post other reasons in comments please ,I ll discuss about it and publish my views)

So well at the end I just want to conclude that , everyone is born with equal Hate and Compassion.
Then it's upon your upbringing , experiences and education which will show what prevails- hate or love.
Always try to point out the goodness of others rather than their mistakes. When you recognize they are not as bad as you had judged earlier, you can move on then and act more mature next time.
