Jada's POV
"JADA! You have to have a baby shower! This is your first baby." Kennedy says sitting next to me on the couch.
"I know, but I feel like baby showers are just a way to get free things." I say honestly.
"Ok and? I like free things and you should too." Tiana shrugs and everyone nods their head in agreement.
"Me too, good thinking Tiana." Zion walks in the room agreeing with Tiana.
We were currently all crowded around my living room at my apartment.
"If you don't want one then I'll plan it." Aniyah picks up her phone and leaves the apartment. She's probably already calling places to get a party room and all that jazz.
I sigh and drag my hands over my face. I haven't even told my family that I'm pregnant yet.
"Who's even going to come like I only have you guys." I ask furrowing my eyebrows.
"You have all of our family plus Zion's and yours." Asia suggests.
"My family isn't out here." I stare blankly.
"We'll figure it out J, I promise." Asia promises.
"And then we can also have the gender reveal party then too!" Aniyah comes back in the room clapping her hands together.
"Y'all are too much, I don't find out until I'm 16-20 weeks."
"Perfect! Now we know when to have the party." Tiana says.
"I bet it's a boy." Edwin says, finally looking up from his phone.
"I bet it's a girl." Aniyah bets.
"How much you wanna bet?" Zion chips into the conversation.
"50 dollars."
"Alright bet." Zion says shaking Aniyah's hand.
"What color theme do you want it to be?" Asia asks.
"White and gold, that's the one thing I know." I shrug.
"I know an amazing way we can reveal the gender!" Austin says.
"How?" We all ask him.
"So we get a box right?" Austin stops for emphasis. "And there's this smoke and once you open the box the color smoke will fly out."
"That'd be cute."
"So now we know to rent out a location that's outside." Tiana tells Aniyah.
"You better have some amazing ass idea like that when we have kids." Asia tells Austin.
"Baby Austins?" Brandon questions.
"Are y'all implying something?" Nick asks carefully.
"No, but not yet at least. I'm trying to wait until I get married." Asia answers honestly.
"Are you implying that it's about time that Austin proposes to you?" Zion then asks.
"Maybe, maybe not." She shrugs looking at her purple acrylics. We all look over at Austin as he looks up at us staring back.
"What?" He says completely clueless to the conversation we just had.
