"Wow, would you look at that." The doctor says moving the wand around my stomach. "There's the head if you can see, the feet, legs, and the hands." She says making me and Zion smile.
"A very healthy baby at that, you should be proud of yourselves." She smiles and writes a couple of things down.
"Alrighty you're good to go. You can schedule another appointment in the front lobby at the desk." She says and we nod our heads while she wipes this nasty ass gel off of my stomach.
"Oh! And I almost forgot, you're due date is looking like the 26th of June so just be prepared for that as well."
I roll my shirt down as Zion helps me get off of the table.
We schedule the next appointment and then we head to the store where we can now actually do some shopping for the baby.
"We don't need a crib because my mom is shipping that down here." Zion says.
"Aww how sweet, I have to call her and tell her thank you. And plus we don't have to get a stroller because my mom already bought that too." I say and Zion nods his head.
We didn't have to get a lot at all we just had to get things like a baby tub, blankets, a small dresser, and a rocking chair.

"Are you allowed to paint your apartment?" Zion asks me looking around the room and I shake my head no.
The room was a plain white color, but it would be more lively if there was a pop of color. We were planning on turning my guest room into her room. I mean yea it's weird because Zion aren't officially together, together, but it's like we know we're each others.
That 'what are we talk' would just be awkward and we already act like a couple so a label wouldn't change much.
"So the dresser would go right by the door to the left of it." I say sitting on the brown hardwood floor sketching a picture. "And then the rocking chair would go in the back right corner with carpet underneath." I say talking more so to myself then Zion.
"And then we could have the crib in the back left with more carpet." He says and I sketch that as well and nod my head in agreement.
"What're we forgetting?" I ask feeling that the room is too empty.
"Her bouncer but that's not gonna be necessary until later on."
"Oh and a small round table I. The middle because it completes the look and I feel like her stuffed animals will go."
Soon enough the crib arrives and Zion puts that together along with the rocking chair. I help him with putting the dresser together and placing the pink fluffy carpet on the ground.
"Damn, we make a good ass team." Zion says once we stand up and take a good look around the room.
"I agree." I smile up him and lean into his embrace.
