Road trip

It was early morning now and Damon was driving in his car. I was siting in the back seat while Elena was in the front asleep. Just then Elena woke up and looked around, confused. 

"morning" Damon said. 

"where are we" Elena asked Damon. 

"Georgia" Damon said. 

"but we cant be in Georgia Damon" Elena said as she looked around, 

"I'm telling the truth we are in Georgia." Damon told her. 

"But there was a car and some man and then i saw a shadow" Elena said. 

"the shadow was Laura she came to make sure you were ok, shes in the back of the car" Damon says. 

"do you know who that man was?" Elena asked. 

"nope and that's one thing i want to find out." Damon said 

"where's my phone Damon, we have to go back, no one knows were i am, Jenna must be worried. Can we at least pull over" Elena tells Damon. 

Damon pulls over and the three of us get out, Elena looks like she is about to faint but Damon blurs over to her before she can full.  "hey, everything will be fine" Damon tells Elena. 

"Damon, i crashed my car, i need to go home, this is kidnapping." Elena says. 

"Damon i agree with Elena , no one knows where she is, do you want the police on our case" I tell Damon. 

"but we have already come so far, whats the point in turning back now." Damon says. i just look at him.  "were in Georgia, Elena and your not wearing your magical necklace i could easily compel you, but I'm not going to" Damon finishes.

Elena's phone starts to ring. "that's my phone" Elena tells Damon as he pulls it out of his pocket. 

"its your boyfriend, i take it" Damon says as he put the phone to his ear. 

"Elena's phone" 

Stefan: "where is she ? why do you have her phone, is she ok and wheres Laura?" 

Damon: "relax Elena's right here and shes fine, Laura's fine as well. 

Stefan: "Where are you? let me talk to her" 

"he wants to talk to you" Damon tells Elena. Elena sakes her head. 

Damon: "i don't think she wants to talk right now."

Stefan: "i swear if you touch her"

Damon: "well you have a good day, bye now" Damon says as he hangs up the phone. 

Elena walks up to Damon and takes the phone. "look can we go back, no one knows were i am" Elena try's to tell Damon. 

"but were almost there" Damon says. Elena looks to me. 

"i don't know were we are going"  i tell her. 

"its just a little place outside Atlanta, oh, come on Elena you don't want to back right now do you? Whats the rush? lets have some time out for 5 minuets. your problems are still going to be there when you get him, so lets have some fun" Damon says. 

"one thing, am i going to be safe with you, i trust Laura but.." Elena says. 

"i wont let anything happen to you Elena" Damon says. 

"do you promise not to control my mind" Elena asks Damon

"i promise, now lets get back in the car." Damon tells us.
