Another Salvatore(Book 1) *Editing*

Miss Mystic Falls.

I was siting in history class waiting for Mr Saltzman to come. Jeremy was siting next to me. He turned to look at me.

"Laura i just wanted to tell you that i had a lovely time on Saturday"

"I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed yourself" i told him. Mr Saltzman walk's in to the class room and on the board he writes the title "Founders Day".

"okay, this week we are going to set aside or regular curriculum for a lesson in the towns local history as founders day is coming up. Apparently the community leaders fell its more important than world war two, but hey what do i know" We all get our pens out and begin to copy notes down form the board.

After class i walk to my locker and see that Elena is waiting for me.

"Hey Elena, is everything okay?" i ask. She smiles at me.

"yeah, everything is fine, i was wondering if you wanted to be on the founders court, one of the contestants dropped out and Carol Lockwood thinks it would be a good idea for you to be on it" Elena said.

"i would love to" i told her.

"there's a practice in the canteen after school for the dance" she told me.

"i will be there" i smile at Elena.

Later on Jeremy and I are siting outside in the school gardens.

"Jeremy i was wondering if you would do the honers of being my escort for the Miss Mystic Falls, founders court thing, Elena asked me if i would step in, one of the girls dropped out?"

"i would be honed to escort you Miss Salvatore" Jeremy told me.

"thank you, there is a practice after school in the canteen" I say.

The rest of the day went by quickly.

Dance Practice for Miss Mystic Falls.

Jeremy and I are standing opposite each other, Carol Lockwood is teaching all the girls and the escorts the dance for the pageant.

"Honor you partner, stay focus, right hand round. Flirt with your eyes. Left hand round" Carol tells us. Jeremy smiles.

"your pretty good at this" he tells me.

"well i was around when this dance was invented" i say. Jeremy laughs.

I look down the line to see Stefan and Elena having fun as well, only to be told off by Carol.

"now both hands round" Carol says.

"that's very good Laura" she tells me and moves down the line.

We go through the dance one more time and then we leave. Jeremy gives me a hug and i say that i will see him tomorrow.

When i get home Damon is standing at the door waiting for me.

"Laura we need to talk" he tells me.

Laura:"whats the problem"

Damon:"Stefan's still drinking human blood" he tells me.

Laura:"yeah i knew that"

Damon:"what i mean is that the council are back on the vampire business. There was a break in at the hospital blood bank last night"

Laura:"and you think Stefan did this"

Damon looks at me.

Laura"does Elena know."

Damon:"Stefan doesn't want Elena to know, but i can't hide this from her"

Laura:"i will come with you tomorrow and we can tell her."
