Another Salvatore(Book 1) *Editing*

Sibling issues.

Elena and I were siting on her porch swing when Jenna came back, it was a few days after Elena had fond out that she was adopted.

"What are you two doing out here? its cold" Jenna said.

"oh just writing in my diary and Laura stopped by to see how i was doing" Elena said.

"thats ok" Jenna said.

"did you find anymore information about my birth parents" Elena asked.

"come inside and i will show you what i found" Jenna told her.

"i better be going Elena, are you going to the found raiser tonight?" i asked her.

"yeah i will be there, see you latter Laura" Elena said. I walked out of her garden and in to the main square were i sat on a bench, deep in thought.

Flash back 1859

A man opened a door to find a baby gril laying in a basket with a note attached to it.

"please look after my child, i am unable to, her name is Laura"

The man looked at the baby girl she had brown hair, blue eyes and the cutest smile on her face.

"welcome to the family Laura Salvatore"

End of flash back.

Later in the day at the grill

I arrived at the grill with Stefan and Elena. We walked over to wear the bachelors were standing, Elena and i were talking.

"so today i went to someone who know about my birth mother Isabel, she gave me Verivain tea which was wired" Elena told me

"did you find your mother" i asked her.

"no, if its who i think it is then shes dead" Elena said.

"oh, I'm sorry, it must be really hard finding out that you birth mother might be dead" i told her.

The raffle soon begin and Carol started to ask each of the bachelors some questions.

"and what do you do bachelor number 3"

"I'm a plumber" a man answered.

"ok moveing on to number 4. Alaric Saltzman, that's quite a mouthful. What do you do for a living" Carol asked

"I'm a teacher at Mystic falls high"

"that's very intersing, what do you teach"

"history"

"do you have any fun facts about the town?" I catch Alaric looking over at Damon who was standing next to him.

"um.." Alaric pauses.

"i bet hes saving the best ones for his date.And last but not least Damon Salvatore, we don't have much on you"

"Well I'm tough to fit on a card" Damon smirks.

"Do you have any hobbies like to travel?"

"oh yeah, New York, La, i was in North Carolina near Duke a few years ago, Alaric went do school there, didn't you rick" Damon said, Alaric just started at Damon.

"i know your wife did, i had a drink we her once, She was a great girl, i ever tell you that and she was delicious" Damon said. I thought for a second trying the put the peaces together, Damon was the one that killed Elena's birth mother. I turned around to find Stefan following her outside.

"Stefan. Elena" i called.

"Damon was the vampire that killed her" Elena said.

"i don't know what happened, the never found the body" Stefan said.

"I'm sorry Elena, i know how much you trusted Damon and hoped that he would change" i told her.

"i don't think i can trust him anymore, not after what he did" Elena said.

"Lets go back inside Elena" Stefan said, he placed his arm around Elena and they walked back in side, i followed.

i made my way over to the bar and order a soda. I look around the grill and see that Elena is talking to Damon still not looking very happy.

"Come on lets get you home" i hear Stefan say. I finish my drink and follow them outside. They are talking some man.

"stop looking" The man says.

"stop looking for what?" Elena asks.

"she doesn't want to know you, or talk to you" he says.

"Isabel" Elena says.

"you need to stop looking."

"Isabel's alive, does that mean....." Elena tries to say but Stefan grabs her arm and pulls her back.

"hes under Compulsion" Stefan says.

"Do you understand?" he asks Elena.

"i do" Elena answers.

"good, I'm done" the man says and walks in to the road were he is run over by a large truck. Elena screams.

"Come on Elena lets get out of here" Stefan says.

Elena walks in to the bar to find Jenna. Stefan stays outside with me.

"i know it must be hard for Elena, finding out that her mother is dead, i really don't believe that Damon would of killed her" i say. Stefan looks at me for a second and then gives me a hug.

We arrive back at the house to find Damon siting down on the sofa, and the body of Alaric on the floor, he was dead.

"Damon, how could you" i said.

"What did you do Damon?" Stefan asked.

"Do what, he attacked me" Damon said.

"Damon" Stefan asks.

"ok, i told him the Truth and he couldn't handle it"

Stefan and Damon talk for a few more minuets, Damon walks out of the room smiling at me as he does. Alaric gasped as he work up, Stefan and i stared at each other.

"What happened, whats going?" Alaric asked.

"Did Damon turn you" i asked.

"no, i went for him and he stabbed me" Alaric said.

"no you must of had vampire blood in you system" Stefan said.

"No its something else" Alaric said, he looked down to his and and traced the ring that was on his finger.

"Isabel" he said.

"wait did Isabel give you that ring" i asked.

"yeah she did, it was the night before she disappeared" Alaric said.

"but how did it bring you back to life" i asked.

'the ring protected me" Alaric said.

"that's impossible" Stefan said.

"i know" Alaric said.
