Kill or be Killed

Chapter Twenty Seven

"This is scary"

"It will be fine"

"What if Freddy comes out, or saw?" Jr said frozen in front of the school

"Who?" I asked

"This looks like a movie where we are the dumb kids who get killed"

"We're not"

"You dont know that" Jr said looking at me

"You're right. I dont" I said walking towards the school with Bennett, Conner and Ever in front of us

"We should wait until tomorrow. When its daylight"

I turned around and looked at Jr "it is daylight"

"Not in an hour or so" He said with his hands on his hips

"If it makes you feel any better, I'll give you the flash light" I said handing him the light

"This doesn't make me feel better"

"Then stat out here. In the dark. With the dead" I said walking to the school

"Ugh! Fine! I'm coming" he said jogging up to me

"Since you have been wining, they are already inside, and I dont know where at" I said going through the front seat of doors

To get inside, you have to walk up a set of stairs and walk through two sets of doors. When you step inside you meet with a long hallway, that divides into two other hallways. And the very end is a set of stairs to get to the two top floors.

The lockers were blue and long. There were doors on each side leading to the class rooms. The floor was white with paper and broken glass everywhere. Bennett was no where in sight, so it was just me and Jr.

It was darker in the school then outside. Some of the widows were boarded up when we went by the classrooms. Everything was untouched like time had just froze.

The desk still had paper on them, words were on the chalk board, some lockers were open but most of them were closed. I stopped walking when I came to the hallways that split into two.

"Go up stairs or, one of these hallways?" I asked Jr

"To the right, it's not as dark" he said close behind me

"Alright" I said walking down the hallway

"Can you back off, I cant breath with you on top of me" I said

"I'm scared!"

"Ugh. I know. But you will be fine" I said walking into a class room

Inside was big. The windows were to the floor up to the ceiling. I guessed it was a science class since there was a skeleton and lab tables. Goggles were on each desk with bottles.

The bottles were labeled with different things like, water, sodium, oil. Different kinds of things. The board had a lot of equations on it. I looked over to see Jr sitting at one of the lab tables with a lab coat and goggles on.

"What are you doing?" I laughed

"Hello there ma'am, I am Bill Nye the Science Guy" he said with a funny accent

"Bill, bill, bill" I said singing the song

I went and put on the lab coat Jr was handing to me. I put the pair of goggles on top of my head. I giggled, looking at my reflection in the window.

"You look ridiculous" Jr said laughing

"So do you"

After we stopped laughing, we continued the search for Laura. We were walking through the hall way when we heard voices. Me and Jr both froze and looked straight ahead to see shadows around the corner.
