Scene 8

A/N : I can't sleep.. so I spent my time being productive while hubby snoring away in oblivion. ^^"

And so, it begins..

Krist doesn't know how to face P' Sing after that scene. The staffs all raved about it, but he himself close his ears, not wanting to listen. So they don't really talk about it in front of him, even though they want to praise him, that's what P' Yui said anyway.

Today is the day they filmed the festival. The producer went all out and really make a festival to film this movie. They invited a few rising indie bands to perform, on the condition they had to abide the rules when the camera rolled on. The tickets are limited, but the fanclubs has a chance to buy some of it first.

Krist took a deep sigh as he stands on the edge of the stage. It was already bustling, with the staffs of the movie, the bands, and the audience. He can see Yuyu(s), his fans, gathers around on the left side of the ticketing booth. He still feels good and proud whenever he saw them, so he can't help a smile blooming on his face. And then he took a glance to the right side, and saw P' Sing already being surrounded with his fans.

He cringed a little bit, feeling like a creep. It's because.. he tried to avoid his Phi as much as possible. Which is actually.. easy? They don't have any scene together until now, and even then, they won't actually in the same scene, just in the same place. He was so embarrassed after that scene he practically fled after it finished.

Some of Yuyu saw him and calls at him cheerfully. Now Krist doesn't have a choice to be out there, risking to met P' Sing. He wonders what he would say when Yuyu wants him to talk with the older man.. should he evade?

Anyhow, Krist walks to his fans, smiling all the while even though he is feeling apprehensive inside. As usual, he strikes a casual conversation with them and it goes smoothly. Until P' Sing approached him. Yes! P' Sing really approached him first! He doesn't know if he should be happy or cry.

"Sawasdee khrup." P' Sing smiles at him first, and greets Yuyu. Being the great fanclub that they are, Yuyu greets him back cheerfully.

"Ready for today?" the older man addressed him.

Ohhoo.. Heart, please be calm!

"Yeah. You're already in your costume." Krist took note. The older man is wearing a fitted dark jeans and black tank top, with a grey light jacket on top of it. He is also wearing a black cap. On his shoulder, a guitar case was hanging comfortably. P' Sing carry the guitar as if it's a usual thing he carry around. He looks positively like a real musician.

"Yeah. I want to show off." P' Sing grins. Krist blinked. P' Sing is.. getting back to normal? Come to think of it, the dark aura that surrounds the older man seems dissipating. There's a lightness in which P' Sing carry himself, like his burden already being taken care of. He looks.. more like P' Sing Krist knows. He smiles wide at this.

"It suits you." Krist praised. Yuyu also echoed the same. P' Sing smiles and thank them.

"I'm going to give all the fans a surprise." P' Sing told their fans.

"Are you going to act lovey-dovey in this movie?" one of the impatient fan asked. She most certainly a peraya shipper. P' Sing chuckled and shook his head.

"It's Phi's surprise, not from both of us." Krist comments. Some of the fans boo-ed, like it wasn't fully appreciated. He finally remembers what the surprise is about. P' Yui told him that the band will truly performed. Non and P' Tomo practice real hard these past weeks.

"We can give you all a surprise." P' Sing suddenly said, glancing at Krist.

"Eh?!" it also took a surprise of Krist, who looks at his Phi stupidly.

"Let's talk about it later." The older man suggest in which Krist could only nods at.

"You promised na~" the girls said.

"Aaannd.. for the last song. This is "demons". Enjoy." P' Mike said after the cue from the director and the band played a few notes, as if they just finished the song before starting a new one. P' Sing steps forward, releasing the guitar he is carrying and opens his jacket before changing his guitar. He looks so cool and composed doing that.

"When the days are cold

and the cards all fold

and the saints we see are all made of gold.."

A few fans screamed excitedly, even more when P' Sing started strumming the guitar. No one think that P' Sing would actually play it, as they thought that P' Sing can't play. All the audience was in a trance, they feel privileged to see and listen to this song live for the first time. Even more because the actors are the ones who actually performed it.

Krist was standing in the front, with P' Aom beside him. The camera is rolling, but like the others, he was mesmerized. P' Sing looks like he really enjoy playing this song. It feels liberating. Krist smiles wide.

Oh.

P' Sing looks at him. His dark eyes piercing straight into his heart.

Ba-thump. His heart racing so fast. He clutched to his chest, right where his heart is. The scene only need one take. And for the duration, not once P' Sing's eyes wanders away from him.

The premiere of the movie is a hit. The response are great, and everyone praised it. Krist feels happy. That is, until he saw many people tagging him to fanarts of him and P' Sing - no, it was of Kiet and Kim, being lovey-dovey with each other. The fans dubbed their relationship as 'ambiguous', and many demands that they clear it. Well, more like they wants the characters to admit that they are falling with each other. Which is..
