16: Trust Issues

_____________Tiffs house____________

"Hey Adriel, Zach " Tiffany greets at the door walking us in. "Dang, u guys look so cute". We just say hi back and walk into her Mansion. All her security guards kept on giving Zach the 'eye'. I roll my eyes and quickly walked away from him.

I see Adam standing by himself with a grin on his face "Wassup bruh. hey, Adriel". He gives me a hug. He and Zach just do their thang.

"Hi, Adam". We all walk to the Cinema room. Tiffany comes in with a big bowl of popcorn in her hands. Adam turns on the 85-inch flat screen Sony TV and we watch Infinity war. 

We go through a few laughs and chit chats and the movie ends.

Adam and Zach get up and leave the room leaving me and Tiff to pick another movie but she remembers my call

"So what did u wanna tell me bout...I heard u crying ". She asks with a worried look on her face.

"My brother and I had a fight about Zach and I staying together and me going to parties. Don't worry Tiffany, it's solved I'm just happy to see you"

"Well, I just wanna let you know that I'm here for you and you can tell me anything. Your my sister even though we have only been friends for like 2 months". I laugh at her last sentence. 

"Thank you, Tiffany, or should I say thank you, sis". We crack up laughing and silence fills the room. I look around the room and admire the beautiful colour on the TV screen.

"Adriel?" Tiffany calls my name out and waves her hands around my face to catch my attention. I turn to her.  "Adam told me something. I just need to know ok". I pause for a while. What did Adam possibly tell her for her to speak to me like this? She changed her tone into a more worried tone. My heart was beating like never before.

"What is something wrong?" I ask. She gives me a glare and I know its something bad. Tiffany is a bubbly, sweet and kind person to be with but from the time I've known her, whenever she went serious, then she means what she says.

"He saw Jayden trying to get a hold of you. I'm not trying to be nosey or anything. I just want you to tell me the truth if you trust me enough". I look around the room and zone out.

What are the possible situations that can occur if I tell Tiff this?
No friends.

No life.

Everyone would feel sorry for me. 

I don't want that.

"Adriel say something you're making me scared".The boys walk in. I wasn't ready to tell Adam and Tiffany bout this. I can't. She's my friend but I'm scared. 

"Babe. What's wrong" Adam asks. He scrunches his face confused about what's happening and all. Zach walks up to me and I cup my face stressing about telling them the truth. Should I? or Should I not? 

"Adriel.....do you trust me? Just telling me what Jayden was doing" Tiffany asks. Teardrops fall on my jeans as she rubs my back. I quietly sob to myself and take deep breaths.

"Adriel, are you okay. What's going on". Zach hugs me and I put my arms around his waist. 

I look at Tiffany who looks like she's about to let the waterworks hit.

"I TRUST YOU!!. See Tiffany, the problem is I just don't wanna bring back the pain". The both of them looked confused and I continued to break down inside. How he could just leave me like that. I felt so dirty and empty at this moment in my life already. I knew that this was going to affect me .

It's not that I didn't trust Tiffany at all. I'm just scared of what her reaction will be.

"Then tell me. No secrets remember we promised each other". She said while squeezing my hand.
