Walking through your door is bittersweet
Because entering means an inevitable exit
But the way you illuminate
How the blue energy surrounding you dances
Just by seeing my face
You captivate me
Reeling me in and holding me precious prisoner
If soulmates exist
And cosmos don't play cruel jokes
I believe you are mine
Body and soul and mind
Mere presence sets me off the edge
Each tattered piece of me becomes a treasure
Insecurities melt under the intensity of your flame
Soft lips pressed to the gnarled flesh on my wrists and thighs
Love like this shouldn't be possible
But neither should I
And you've always had a habit of crushing the impossible
Cosmos
Love
Energy
Fire
Miracle
You
In a life of misfortune
I'll never know how I came
To be as fortunate
As to have met you,
My Love
