The Devils Son

2. Agramon

                 
     I wake up suddenly, I don't even remember falling asleep. I'm still in the dark cell but the screams are gone now, all I can hear is just small sobs coming from down the hall. My throat starts hurting so bad it's like all the moisture in my mouth is gone, I feel my lips and they are so dry, I'm dehydrated.

  I stand up and walk towards the door and look out the little hole.  "I need water" I croak, My throat is so dry and I'm sweating so bad.

  All of the sudden the door at the end of the hall opens and shuts and I can hear something coming down the hall. I back up against the far wall and hide back in the corner when it stops outside of my door.

  It enters and it is the same thing that was with Levi the first time. His eyes are still completely white and are glowing.

  "Who are you" I ask

"Agramon" he says in a sinister tone then closes the door. Suddenly the room disappears and we are in complete darkness and he is now wearing a dark cloak, he looks like death. I look down at my hand and water starts to run over top of it and when I look up again there is a metal box around me with a small glass hole facing the figure on the other side who is just looking at me. I stand up and the water starts to fill the box faster. I can feel myself start to have a panic attack, drowning is my worst fear. The water is now at my ribs and I start banging against the metal box and screaming to let me out but he just smiles and the water keeps rising.

  The water is now at my neck and I try to swim up and keep my mouth at the top, getting what ever air I can before it completely fills the box. I bang harder against the glass and he does nothing. I've never been good at holding my breath under water and I can feel a pain in my chest and lungs start growing. I can feel my body trying to get what ever air it can and as soon as I open my mouth and I can feel the water start to fill in and my lungs and start to burn. I start to slow down as I'm slamming my fists against the glass trying to break it when he lifts his hand and snaps his fingers and I'm back on the cell floor and gasping for air. I can hear him laugh and he grabs his torch and leaves. It wasn't real.

   I sit in the corner crying as I try to wrap my head around what just happened and I'm now more thirsty than before. I need water or I'm going to.... I don't know what will happen considering I'm already dead.

It feels like days have past since anyone has came to my cell, I often hear the door open and other people down the hall start screaming but it never comes to mine.

  I slowly rise off the ground again and walk against the wall and back to the door. "I need water" I say again but my mouth is so dry I don't know if anyone could even hear me. I waited as long as I could to ask for water but I need it more than anything in the world.

  "Water" I try yelling again and nothing.

     I shuffle back to the corner and sit down. It's useless no one can hear me.

   A few moments later I hear the door down the hall open and someone start walking down the hall towards my cell before opening it?

It's Levi. He has a glass in his hand? I watch him carefully as he crosses the room towards me while leaving the cell door open? He then slowly kneels down beside me?

"Tell me why your here and you can have it" he says Finally, looking me dead in my eyes. It's like he can see into my soul.

  "No, I can't remember please don't" I say through a raspy voice as I reach out for the cup but he moves it away so I can't reach it.

"Try to remember" he whispers and I look at the floor and really try to think about it. Nothing comes to mind, I don't even know why I'm here?!

  "How did I die?" I whisper looking back up at him.

  He clenches his jaw and after a moment he slowly raises his hand and softly rests it against my cheek and shuts his eyes. For a second it looks like he is in pain but he doesn't move.

  He then shoots his eyes open and quickly removes his hand.

"You where in an accident" he says then looks down at my leg and puts the cup on the floor beside him then grabs my leg and moves my dress up, I immediately grab his hands to stop him.

   He then looks at me with what looks like concern in his eyes? What ever he's doing I don't think he is going to hurt me?

    He looks back down and continues to move my dress up to my upper thigh, near my waist, then he tilts his head to the side. He looks along the side of my leg then he runs his fingers along it and for some reason it feels tender there. I look down and there is a big scar and I don't know where it's from. I look back up at him as he pulls my dress back down my leg as he lingers while sliding his hand down my leg softly before he removes his hand.

  "What did you do?" I ask quietly

"I lived through your death" he says. He lived through my death? That's how he knew my leg was hurt? I didn't even know my leg was hurt.

  "What happened" I ask and he finally sits down on the floor facing me.

  "You died in a car accident" he pauses then looks down and continues. "You where thrown through the windshield and you hit your head, There was a large shard of Glass in your leg" he says then looks back up at me.

  "Why can't I remember that" I ask through my raspy voice and he just shakes his head.

"I don't know, you might have been knocked unconscious before you died so you can't remember" he pauses and continues. "What did you do to end up here" he asks again but this time he asks with sadness in his voice.

  "I don't know? I wasn't religious maybe?"

  "He forgives most of those people, you wouldn't be here for just that" he says.

  "I done drugs a few times? I've had unmarried sex? I don't know it could be a hundred things" I whisper and he just smiles and looks down and laughs a little.

  "No" he says and laughs a little more and shakes his head.

  "I don't know then, I can't remember" I say looking down at the floor

   He nods to himself before he then hands me the water then watches me drink it.

  "Thank you" I whisper and the corner of his lip twitches up and he nods then stands up and starts to walk to the door.

"Don't leave" I say and he turns back to face me.

  He grins then shakes his head and says "I'm the devils son, darling. I am the last person you want to be alone with"

That sends a chill down my spine and i'm immediately scared of him again. He grabs the torch and leaves my room and goes down the hall to the cell beside me and I can hear the girl start begging him not to hurt her. She starts crying and the screams begin.

  "You didn't hurt her" I hear her yell and then she screams louder in pain and I start to cry. Why didn't he hurt me but he hurts them?

  After a little while I hear her cell door open and close then he walks to the next one and I can hear the man start screaming. Levi goes into every cell and tortured every person down this hall like it's his job, as if it's nothing to him. I just plug my ears and shut my eyes and try to drown out the sound.
