"It feels just like yesterday when we started dating again. I can't believe that you're mine. I love you." Taehyung kisses her nose.
"Tae..." She grumbled. "It's four in the morning. Stop being sentimental. I'm trying to sleep." Taehyung couldn't help but laugh at her. "I just love you so much."

"I know...." She said faintly before dozing off again.

"I'm still afraid that I would wake up one day and you're missing again. I love you, Jennie." He whispered at her before dozing off with her in his arms.

n e x t m o r n i n g

"Hey, Jisoo. How's married life ?" Jennie asked her best friend Jisoo that had been married for almost two months now. "Perfect." She answered without hesitation.

"Talking about married how's is your dating life with Tae? He should put a ring on it by now." Jisoo teased. "Yeah and I bet on the two of you would be the first to get married." Lisa pouted at the girls.

"Shut up Lalice. Your man should also put a ring on yours too by now." Jennie snapped at Lisa.

Rosé just laughed as she was and still single until now. "Rosie ?" Jennie called out to her.

"Yeah, Jennie ?"

"Are you not gone forgive Jimin? We were young and dumb high schoolers back then. Now almost all of them are corporate leaders." Jisoo asked the now dark brunette girl.

"Even if he's been courting you ?" Lisa asked.

"I didn't ask him to." Rosé said sadly, "but we're just working on our relationship slowly."

"I feel bad," Jennie said.

"For Jimin ?" Jisoo asked.

Jennie shook her head. "Both of them."

"Well... what can we do."

"Hey, babe."Taehyung kissed her forehead. "How're the girls ?"

"Everyone except Rosie is fine."

Taehyung nodded his head since he knew what happened. "Hmm Jimin issues. Jimin is working hard too. I feel bad that I can't help them."

"Yeah. Anyway how was work today? You must be exhausted." Jennie kissed his temples and helped him took off his coat.

"Just lots of meetings.Kinda annoying if you asked me." He chuckled.

"I feel bad that I just stay at home while you're working your ass off." She caressed his hair.

"Well... Take it as preparation because you're gonna be the one taking care of our kids soon. And I'll help and manage our family." He said their nose touching.

"Did you just indirectly proposed to me ?" Jennie asked laughing at her boyfriend.

"Always."

"BUSINESSES TRIPS !!!" Lisa shouted when they had arrived in Paris for their boyfriend's/husband business trip and they decided to tag along including Rosé as Jimin was practically begging for her to go with them since the whole squad was there.

"Well you guys must be so fricking happy," Yoongi told them. "But we're in hell if you asked me. Nonstop meetings."

Jennie looked at Taehyung for confirmation and he sadly nodded at her which cause her to pout. "Don't worry I'll find time for us to at least have a date in Paris while we're here."

"Let's head to the hotel now since we have a meeting at 1 pm and the girls can go shopping or sightseeing," Namjoon told them.

It had been two days they're in Paris but to her dismay, Taehyung was busy the whole time and the only time she could see him was during lunch and nighttime when he barely can keep his eyes open whenever they met at the wee hours.

"Jennie. Tonight wear the dress that I bought for you. It's in a red box somewhere in our room. I'll pick you up before midnight. I promise. Let's have a date."

At 9 pm, Jennie had a bath and was now doing her hair and makeup before she wears the dress he bought. She kept her hair down with some curls and wore a soft pink lipstick. She opened the red box and was met with a note from Taehyung.

Jennie smiled looking at the note and couldn't help but agree that the dress he chose was indeed beautiful. The red dress he chose showed off her collarbones perfectly which was one of Taehyung's weakness.

When she had completely ready for their date, a knock on her door alarmed her and a smile crept to her face when she saw that it was indeed Taehyung with a bouquet of black and red hyacinth. Jennie's favourite flower. "The black looks really good but it wasn't romantic so I also told them to mix with red." He scratched his head.

Jennie happily accepted the flower and kiss his cheeks as thanks."Let's go."

They visited a very famous art museum that both of them were dying to see. Although it had already been closed since it was practically almost midnight, Taehyung had booked 30 minutes special just for both of them.

While walking through the Canal St. Martin "If it was the evening I would have taken you on a boat date at Bois de Boulogne." He told her rubbing hands in circulation motion.

"It's fine. I don't care as long as I'm with you ." She reassured him.

They then went to Les Ombres to enjoy a late-night dinner date. Jennie was amused by how he had picked the perfect secluded spot for their date. It was adorned with candles, fairy lights, rosé petals and the magnificent view of the Eiffel Tower. "Tae..." She breathed out. He hummed as a response. "It's too beautiful."

"Let's eat first. I've specifically booked the top roof for us and we could cuddle afterwards."

They enjoyed their romantic candlelight dinner and Jennie couldn't help but wonder why did Taehyung went all out for their date but brushed it off since she thought that he felt bad for leaving her behind even though they were in Paris.

Jennie was being back hugged by her boyfriend while enjoying the view of the Eiffel Tower when suddenly all the lights turned off. She felt empty on her side and was about to panic until she saw him. The lights turned back on.

On one knee, holding out a very very familiar velvet box, slowly opening the contents and showed the beautiful ring Jennie had seen and asked her the dreaded question ;

"will you marry me ?"
