Jin's POV

"Hyung.. How's noona doing?'' Jungkook asks me the same thing whenever I get back from Seoul. I've been going to check on Y/N every now and then. We're so worried about her. Especially this brother of hers. I just need to inform him every day. "She's doing fine. From what I've seen while she was talking to you,'' yeah, I saw her on the phone talking to this guy with me. I know he's worried and miss his noona. That's why I'm helping him, helping ourselves.

"Did she really recognized you?'' I wish she recognized me, but she didn't. I don't know. But she sure knows my name even though she doesn't recognize me anymore. "I don't know and I don't understand either...'' I told him everything that happened, from her handkerchief on the floor and how she said my name. "Do you think this will affect everything??'' my eyes landed on Jungkook who's sitting right in front of me.

Will this affect everything? I really don't know. It's always the same scenario, but it's also the first time she said my name. That never happened in the previous worlds. "What if we--,'' before he could finish, I told him to focus on his studies for now. I knew what he was gonna say. What if we tell her the truth instead? That we're not of this world. I have no idea what will be the outcome of this, however, I don't wanna risk it.

"But, hyung? How many times did I study this?!'' you just have to bear with it. Since we're just going on loop but with different worlds. "How many times did you pass it then?'' I asked him. He never passed it, and I don't think he will. Jungkook did try his very best every year. Anyway, I still don't understand why Y/N recognized me, or rather my name. And after that incident, I think something changed. I'm not sure what though.

"Jungkook...'' what can I do to save her this time? Give me a clue or something. Something that will help me with all of these happenings. Jungkook paused what he was doing then faced me. "Don't worry about Y/N too much. She'll be fine,'' I heard him sigh.

This is the 9th world that Jungkook and I visited. We're neither time travelers nor world seeker. We're just ordinary humans just like any others. It's just that...

We travel to this so called "Parallel World" every time we fail to save her. Just how many worlds are there? In every world we visit, we're ending up failing our mission. I don't know. I can't figure out what's keeping us failing. I mean, we're doing our best, best to figure every spectacles of the world. What will keep her alive so Jungkook and I will be at peace with her?

I don't know why this is happening to us. We just wanted to live a normal life. But I guess she's just too important. Too important that we can't ever accept the fact that...

Your POV

Time does flies so fast, huh? It's already been a month since then. Jungkook keeps bugging me to go home, even if I want to, I can't. I still have classes to attend to. I really miss him though. The school will be having a 2 weeks breaks 2 months from now, I can take that chance to go home and be with Jungkook for a while. I wonder how his studies are doing? I hate to think that he lives alone, well, he's old enough but still. I just can 't leave my brother like that all by himself.

-Dance studio-

At the studio, I was about to announce our lesson and dance practice for today but I saw Jimin walking towards me. "Y/N, can I talk to you?'' he asked. Jimin is the best in our class currently. He's amazingly talented. I don't know why he even chose to learn here when he's already training with the famous agency? We walked towards the corner so we could talk quietly. "What is it, Jimin?'' I saw him blush. Wait, is he flustered? What are we gonna talk about anyway?
