Harper's POV:

Beep....Beep....Beep...

I woke up and quickly panicked, when a soothing voice I didn't recognize came in, "relax your okay now, I found you, your at a hospital"

I looked up to see a beautiful woman with Daniel's piercing eyes and beautiful brown hair, "who are you"

She smiled, "Katherine Miller"

"Wait are you...are you, Daniels mom"

She nodded and then said, "I-I didn't know how to tell him I was alive I didn't want him to be upset with me I've been watching him ever since I left, and I realized just how torn apart he was without you so I found you myself I was going to save you when you stumbled into me and I got you out of there and to a hospital"

"Where is he right now"

"He's at home he uh-paid your dad a little visit and I just trailed here, but I don't know how to introduce my self to him, I don't want to do it now I want to wait he deserves way better than what I could ever get him."

She sighed, "I guess I'll leave, just take care of him for me and please don't mention me to him"

She went to walk out, "wait, thank you, and you should stay"

She smiled, "I can't"

"You can I promise he won't hate you, he's to sweet on the inside"

She laughed, "okay"

Time had passed and I'd been talking to Katherine when I heard the door open and my mom stepped in and hugged me, "Mom"

"Oh my god sweet heart I'm so sorry I heard they found you, and I'm so sorry, I love you so much"

"I love you too"

She pulled away and Daniel walked up and hesitated touching me at first then he took my hand in his and I noticed that Katherine and my mom left he smiled, "Do you know any good bakeries around because I'd love to have a cutie pie like you"

I smiled and he lightly laughed then I hugged him I hugged him so tight because I was scared that if I let go I'd loose him again.

We finally pulled away and he said, "I really missed you, I just want to know what happened"

I thought back and it pained me, but I told him, I told him everything and at the end he hugged me again, "Im so so sorry I'll never let you out of my sight again, so uh who was that woman"

"You should ask her yourself"

He smirked, "well the police want to come and talk to you so I'll let them talk to you while I talk to her, but then I'll come back in here because I missed you"

I smiled, "alright"

I watched him walk out and a officer walk in and we began talking.

Daniel's POV

I walked outside and let out a breath no words could explain the relief I felt right now, I was sitting there when that woman walked up she looked familiar she almost reminded me of my mom she smiled, "Coffee?"

I nodded and took a cup, "thanks, for the coffee and uh for saving her life, I just want to know who are you"

"I'm your mother, it's me Katherine"

I paused no way, I looked at her and stood up and hugged her, "mom, wait no but dad said-"

"I know I told him to I just knew you'd be mad at me and I'd rather our relationship end with a happy memory than a bad one"

I held her tighter, "I just can't believe your here how did you know where she was"

"I've been following you, and I saw you so torn apart so I helped I found her and brought her here"

I let go then looked at her, "thank you so much I just can't believe your actually here right now I missed you so much and just wait until Danielle and Emma sees you"

She smiled and sipped her coffee, "you picked a good girl"

"Harper is something else indeed"

"So then why haven't you asked her out yet"

"Because I always got interrupted but I don't know how I just know I want it to be super special"

"Surprise her, trust me she loves you just as much as you love her"

"You really think so"

"I know so now let's get moving"

The officer walked out and nodded then walked out I went in and saw her mom there I stood by her side, "so what did the officer say"

Harper looked down, "they um they want me to testify, they already went down to where I was being held apparently it was some old factory, they found Andrew, and h-he's dead, but my dad wasn't there, and so there finding him and he's going to court for aggravated assault and kidnapping"

I squeezed her hand, "wait so Andrew just gets away with raping you and it's okay, that fucking bastard deserved to die by something far worse then hitting his fucking head"

She looked at me, "Daniel calm down it's oka-"

"No it's not princess he fucking hurt you, he stole your innocence he raped you and he just gets the easy way out"

I was just so angry I wanted to punch him, and me thinking about her sitting there helpless while he had his way with her just made me more mad, until, "Daniel, that's enough let go your hurting her"

I looked over to see her mom I let go and looked at her face she had tears streaming down her cheeks, I did this to her, God I made her cry.

I backed away, "Harper, I-I-I'm sorry I need to- I can't do this"

I walked out I needed to get my anger out on something and definitely not her. I was walking out when my mom walked up, "Daniel honey just calm down-"

"Don't tell me what to do, you can't just disappear my whole life and then expect me to welcome you with open arms and listen to your every word"

"Daniel, you don't mean that"

"No okay, you don't what I mean, because you don't know me just stay away, I-I need to go"

I rushed out of the hospital and started running, I ran and ran until I was at her house, I noticed my keys sitting in my Hummer so I took them out and got in my car and cranked and drove to a place I knew I could let this all out.
