I'm just laying here. In my bed staring at the rough ceiling. I cannot believe I let her keep me up this late. I have to get up at nine and it's three right now. If I really want to get up early to go running I need to sleep. Ugh. I need sleep. I rolled over towards the wall of my room but that didn't work. I took melatonin, nope, still doesn't work. "Damn. Why can't I sleep" I whisper. Is it because I miss Jackson? Or is it because of Macie. She's my bestfriend but she's annoying as fuck.
"Ava?" She yells. She has to yell our rooms are on different sides of our apartment. "Ava?!" She yells again. "What now Macie?" I yell back. "I miss Dylan" she yell again. "Shut up" I scream. I knew I shouldn't have done that but I'm tired. And cranky and all of the above. And just to top it all off, I'm also on my period. "Sorry, I'm tired. Night" I yell. "It's fine." She whispers. I think I just shit myself. "When did you just in here" I jump. "Like thirty seconds ago." She looks down. "Tell him to come over" i roll my eyes. "Really?" She yelps jumping up and down. "Yeah" I say laying back down. "Just stay quiet."
