The Milano
Deep Space"So where are we going?" Mantis asked, confused.
"Knowhere." Thor repeated, continuing to rummage through the Guardians ship looking for anything that might be useful to him but so far, he hadn't found much except for a stash of food that the man with the weird helmet kept telling him he shouldn't touch.
"I thought you said you were going somewhere." Mantis said, eyeing Thor with a look of puzzlement.
"He means Knowhere. K-n-o-w-h-e-r-e. It's a black market, we were there once. There's a lot of cool stuff lying around that place and apparently, an Infinity Stone which in all honesty, is the stupidest thing I've ever heard. The collector isn't going to give up the Reality Stone. We had to steal the Power Stone back from him just so he wouldn't have it." Quill says, completely irritated by the turn of events.
"What stones does Thanos have Thor?" Gamora asks, her blood running cold as she remembers where the Guardians last saw the Power Stone.
"Two. He already had the Power Stone and he took the Space Stone from my brother. I expect he'll go after the Reality Stone next."
"If Thanos has the Power Stone then..." Rocket says slowly. "What happened to the people on Nova?" Everyone was too afraid to answer that question.
"That's why you have to go get the Reality Stone before Thanos and I have to go to Nidavellir to get a weapon."
"Uhh... I think the Reality Stone is a little more important than another one of your silly hammers." Quill said, having heard the whole story of how the God of Thunder lost his hammer. Thor turned and glared at Peter.
"It wasn't just a silly hammer. The weapons the dwarves make on Nidavellir are special, they're strong. It may be powerful enough to kill Thanos."
"Then shouldn't we all get one of these weapons?" Rocket demands. "It sounds cool."
"I am Groot."
"I agree my friend." Thor replies to Groot. "It is really cool."
"You understand Groot?" Gamora asked, amazed. Thor shrugged.
"I took several language classes in school. My brother never thought they were useful but I've always found it rather enjoyable to be Abel to go somewhere and communicate in their own language." Quill frowns as he hears Thor say this. It was one thing if Thor was hot, muscular, and powerful but if he was smart too then... What couldn't this guy do?
"Either way." Quill interrupts. "It's not like we can split this ship in two. I say we go to Knowhere, get the Infinity Stone and then get you to Ned-I-Val whatever place."
"Technically it can, we have pod Quill." Rocket reminds him. Quill slowly turns to look at him trying to make it clear to Rocket that he didn't want the God of Thunder to know about this but this too late now.
"Excellent!" Thor says with a smile. "Rabbit, Tree and I will go to Nidavellir and you and the rest of your team can head to Knowhere." Thor hits Quill's arm playfully, which actually really hurts him. "Let's get that Pod ready rabbit." Thor says, wandering deeper into the ship.
"I didn't agree to this!" Quill shouts after the god of Thunder.
"What, are you gonna argue with a god?" Rocket demands. "Come on Groot, Let's go."
