I was so mad the next day at school,

I only saw you after our P.E. class and I had to talk to you.

I pushed you at the lockers,

Sorry,

You gazed up at me surprised then looked at the ground almost immediately.

"Are you out of your *beep* mind calling the cops?"

You didn't answer.

"What is wrong with you?"

Again I didn't get a response,

"ANSWER ME DAMMIT!"

You flinched,

My eyes softened,

I took a step back.

I sighed deeply then talked again with the softest voice I could muster at that moment,

"I thought we were friends? Do you know how much trouble I would've gotten in because you called the cops?"

Your gaze was still at the ground.

Sometimes I wanted to shake you out of it, screaming,

"What's so fascinating about the ground?!"

But I didn't.

"We're not friends."

My eyes widened.

"We're classmates," you continued "Please keep a distance between you and me and know your limits."

You left,

You left,

You left me paralysed.
