It'd been three weeks since our last "talk".

My friends were making fun of it,

We fought.

But it wasn't big, we went back to normal a short while later.

Unlike us, you and I,

I tried keeping away from you but I couldn't,

You were like a magnet pulling me towards you even though we'd barely talked.

I'm sorry if I scared you,

And I'm sorry if I made you feel uncomfortable,

Please forgive me.

My friends realised I wasn't as happy anymore,

I didn't go out much anymore,

They said,

"Hyung, I think you should talk to her."

And again,

I listened to them.

I saw you at a mall,

You were holding a little boy's hand.

Is that your brother?

I went to you,

Your eyes widened as they saw me.

Were you scared?

"Hey, Sarang."

Even your name sounded bitter on my tongue,

"Hi," You replied shortly.

"Why can't we be friends?"

There was a knot in my throat.

You sighed looking up at me with sad eyes,

"Becau-"

"Is it because of my popularity? Or because I am a "bad-boy" at school?"

"No-"

"Are you scared of me? If so then I'm sorry"

"No, that's not why-"

"Then why! Why?!"

It sounded rather broken than strong,

That little boy looked at me terrified.

He gripped onto your pants,

"Noona isn't allowed."

I looked at him then at you equally confused.

Your parents called you from the distance and you dashed over to them mumbling me a later.

Why do you always leave?
