Chapter 14

Izuku had Toga and Kurogiri help him set up the wedding. He decided to have it in the flower field Dabi proposed on. It was gonna be beautiful.

The fairy lights and hydrangeas were still up because Izuku liked them. Dabi went out with Toga to get the tuxes. Toga already took Izuku's measurements so he knew was size to get him.

Dabi was in one room and Izuku was in another getting ready.

Oh! Shigaraki got certified online to marry them because who wants a real priest when you have the hand man?

Dabi had his tux on and was waiting at the "altar", which was just a small part of the field.

Toga was Izuku's Maid of Honor and Kurogiri was Dabi's Best Man.

Izuku walked out, holding some of the hydrangeas, like a bride would buy wearing a tux.

Izuku make it to Dabi and smiled sweetly.

"Dearly beloved, we are gathered he — Who am I kidding there's only five people here. We're here to marry Izuku Midoriya and Daiki Todoroki. Blah, blah, blah. Do you, Izuku Midoriya, take Daiki Todoroki to be you lawfully wedded husband, to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, until death do you part?" Shigaraki skipped over everything because there were only four other people and he wanted them to be married already.

"I do." Izuku smiled.

"Do you," he turned to Dabi. "Daiki Todoroki, take Izuku Midoriya to be you lawfully wedded husband, to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, until death do you part?"

"I..." He hesitated.

"Dabi?" Izuku questioned, tears starting to form in his eyes.

"I..." The one simple word was at the tip of his tongue but he couldn't bring himself to say it.

Izuku backed away, dropped the flowers and ran.

"Izuku!" Dabi called out.

He ran crying from the best day of his life. He ran back to the lair and changed in to his sweatpants and one of Dabi's shirts. He left the tux in his room and took his phone and wallet.

He ran all the way to a dormitory. He swiped his ID in the scanner and ran inside, getting weird looks from some people.

"Is that Izuku Midoriya?" He heard someone ask.

He knocked on a door, fiddling with the ring on his finger.

He heard shuffling until the door opened.

"What the hell do you wa—" He noticed who it was. "What are you doing here?" He asked softly, seeing the tears on his face.

"Please help me.." Izuku whimpered and hugged him.

"It'll be okay. Tell me what happened." The male hugged back.

Izuku didn't say anything just kept holding on to him like his life depended on it, because at the moment, it did. "Please just hold me, Kacchan..." He whimpered again.

"Okay, Deku." He picked up the boy and took him inside the room, closing the door on the way.

He set Izuku on his bed and looked at him. "What happened?"

"We—" He sniffled. "We were supposed to get m-married today. B-But he couldn't say 'I do'. I thought it was my fault so I ran. I didn't know where to go, so my first instinct was to come to you." He cried.

Bakugo hugged him tightly. "It's okay. If he couldn't say it, maybe he's not right for you."

"But it all just felt so real! He made this adorable cheesy speech when he proposed. He set up a flower field and took me to a fancy dinner. It all felt real.."

"Don't think about it right now. Just answer one question for me then you can go to sleep."

"Okay..."

"Would you like to be a hero again?"

Izuku thought about it for a while before he nodded. "But if he comes back, I wanna be with him."

"Of course. Now go to sleep." He started to get up but Izuku pulled on his sleeve.

"Please don't leave me. I don't wanna be alone."

"Okay." Katsuki places the boy inside the covers then got in with him. "Good night Deku. I'll see you in the morning."

"Good night Kacchan.." He drifted off into sleep.

Katsuki looked at the ring and sighed. He watched him sleep for a bit. He looked so innocent as if he wasn't a villain or if he wasn't about to marry one. He just looked like the Deku from Katsuki's childhood.

Katsuki woke up and went to tell Nezu that Izuku was back. He got Izuku's stuff from his room, like his uniform and his old backpack.

When he walked back into his room, he saw Izuku sitting on the bed, hugging his knees, mumbling.

"What if he left to tell All Might that I'm here so they can take me to prison? What if him being nice to me was only so he could tell someone to get me into prison? What if he left me because I'm a stupid weak guy? What if he's gonna start bullying me again? What if—"

"Oi, Deku. I didn't leave you. I just went to get your stuff."

Izuku looked up and saw Katsuki. His eyes widened and he ran to hug him. "Don't do that. I thought you left me..."

Bakugo realized how dumb it was to leave someone who ran out of their wedding alone. "I'm here. Just change into your uniform then we can talk."

Izuku nodded and pulled off his shirt then grabbed the white shirt and pulled it on.

Thank god he joined the villains and trained with them because dang those abs. Katsuki thought as he watched him.

He pulled off his pants and that's when Bakugo turned around to grab his uniform.

Izuku changed and sat on his bed, checking his phone. He had over 200 messages from Dabi, 139 from Toga, 102 from Kurogiri and 194 from Shigaraki. He put his phone down and watched Katsuki change.

Once they were ready they walked to the school building. Katsuki had to hold Izuku's hand because he was scared of losing his way or people being scared of him.

It was funny, a week ago Izuku would've done anything to get the school afraid of him. But now he's afraid of them being afraid of him.

Losing someone can change you in seconds.

The bell ran for first period.

Aizawa walked out of the classroom to talk to Bakugo and Midoriya.

They finished talking and Bakugo walked into the classroom. After him, Aizawa walked in.

"Okay, class. Thanks to Bakugo we have a new student." He started.

"But we already have 20 students!" Kirishima said.

"Yes, but he's an exception. We need to help him become who he one was." He walked towards the door. "Don't yell or complain or whatever you kids do these days when he walks in. He just went through losing someone he loves and needs some help." He opened the door.

Izuku wasn't there standing at the door. He was on the floor hugging his knees again, crying softly. "They're gonna hate me. I'm useless..."

Aizawa looked at Bakugo. Bakugo shot up and ran to the door, running to Izuku.

"Hey, hey, hey. You're okay. No one's gonna hate you. You'll be fine. Todoroki—"

"Don't you dare say that name." Izuku growled. He may have been crying a second ago but now he was fully enraged. "I don't wanna talk to him." He stood up and wiped his tears.

Bakugo's eyes widened. He walked back into the class. "Okay, then.. please welcome..." Aizawa said.

Izuku walked in. He saw everyone's eyes widen. He searched the classroom and his eyes landed on Shoto.

"Izuku Midoriya." He finished.

Izuku growled and activated his quirk, without knowing. He glared at Shoto. "Todoroki..."

"Midoriya?" Shoto questioned. He stood up and walked over to Izuku.

He placed his hand on his shoulder. "It's good to have you back. I missed y—"

Izuku swatted his hand away. "Don't you dare talk to me." He walked towards Todoroki, backing him up against a wall. "It's all your stupid brother's fault."

"My brother? What does he have to do with any of this?"

"It's all his fault for not saying two damn words! It's his fault I'm here!"

"What'd he do? Which brother are you talking about?"

"Daiki Todoroki. Y'know, you're long lost brother. He pro—" He didn't even want to finish. It didn't matter. Midoriya backed up. He turned to Aizawa. "Where do I sit?"

"Behind Katsuki."

He nodded and went to his seat, glaring at Akeno on the way.

DAIKI TODOROKI

He couldn't believe it.

He lost the love of his life.

He had to get him back.

No matter what happened.

He needed to be back with his love.
