~Jake's POV~
I was now intrigued on their conversation. Albert was actually being really nice about it. "Lana.. listen, I just.. don't think we should be back together" he said. He put her on speaker so I could hear. "It's because of Jake huh?" She said. "Well the way you treated me last night" he said. "I know! I was stupid! I'm sorry! Albert please let's make this work" she begged. He sighed "goodbye Lana, have a good day" and he hung up. "You took that well" I Said. He hugged me. I hugged him in return. "What am I gonna go?" He asked me, his eyes looking up at me for guidance. "Why don't you try to make friends with her?" I suggested. He thought on it. "Maybe.." he muttered. "What's the worse that could happen?" I asked. He sighed and nodded slowly. "We-" he began. "I'm not going with you. This is for you and Lana to work out." I Said. He exhaled shakily. I kissed his cheek and nose. "I believe in you Al" I Said. He looked down before taking out it phone to text Lana. He sat at the table. I inhaled softly hoping this would work.
