~Albert's POV~
I sat inside watching the rain fall onto the window. The street was getting a big blanket of water running down it as thunder crackled. Lana was sitting on the couch in silence and Jake was pacing at the dining table. I was relieved that I had time to make a video and post it before all this happened. I couldn't think about making a video at the time now. I broke from my thoughts when a warm hand grasped my shoulder. I looked over and it was Lana. She sat next to me. We looked out the window in silence for a long time.
"Funny how it's raining huh..?" She spoke after a few minutes
"Yeah.." I said softly.
She sighed
"I know after all this you'll probably ignore me again Albert, but I hope it helps that I'm here" she said
I met her gaze
"It helps a lot. At first I thought of that, but I couldn't shut you out, I want to be friends" I Said
She smiled softly
"I'd like that" she said with a cheery face.
We hugged gently. Thunder shook the atmosphere. I released her and looked out the window again. She got up and walked over to Jake and they chatted softly back and forth. I didn't hear what they said. I sighed softly and kept looking out the window.
Jake's phone buzzed. He answered it and went to the other room. Lana and I exchanged glances. Jake walked back in 10 minutes later. "We can go to the station tomorrow morning" He said. I nodded softly and Lana sighed. It was 7 am I was exhausted . I knew I had to sleep but I was tense. So I kept looking out the window in silence
