I couldn't even look in the mirror today. For the whole day I avoided my reflection.
I've always had a habit of glancing at my reflection but ew
I couldn't look at myself in yoga, I sat so I wasn't visible in the mirror.
And when I showered in the afternoon I looked down and changed with my back to the shower.
I've never been this bad.
Everything looks so wrong in my reflection
