* Its my first time making a story that has a series so im just gonna let you guys read it and tell me if I should continue or not so, yea hope you enjoy the story*
"Come on you guys we need to focus! Do you wanna go to the abandon mansion or not?!" Elizabeth turns to Chloe, glaring at her for an answer. Chloe looks terrified.
"B-But I dont wanna go!"
I fold my arms and rolled my eyes "come on now, she says she doesnt want to go so just let her go!"
Elizabeth turns to glare at me. " We are not bailing out of this one!" she demanded.
What she means is when that time when we tried to go. But we failed to go because Chloe was too scared and I had a lot of stuff I had to do so of course Elizabeth was pissed.
I looked down, trying to stop her from convincing me to go. I am so tired of Elizabeth forcing us to do something that we dont want to do. This is why so many people at our school keep threatening to beat her ass every day. Then she want to cry over to us about it. Wondering how I will respond I just gave in. "ok, I'll come."
Elizabeth smiled, " Great, now lets stop waisting time! I have to go home at 1:30 am" I didnt mind coming home late, my parents are on a business trip so I'm the only one at my house so I dont really care what time I get home.
"C-Can we just take the car there?" Says Chloe from the corner of Elizabeth's room, still very terrified to go hoping that we take a vehicle there.
Elizabeth turns back to Chloe a confused look, "No, we are walking there, duh!" I turn to Chloe. She's still shaking, her face was bright red, almost as if she was gonna cry. Shit. I got to comfort her. I sigh to myself and walk over to her.
I rub her back, then her deep blue eyes looked up at me and glared. "Its gonna be alright. This silly thing is gonna be over sooner or later, I promise. Later on we can go out for some ice cream and pretend nothing happened. Okay?"
She looked at me for a moment and nodded in a agreement. I fold my arms again wondering when we're going to the mansion.
Elizabeth rolled her eyes then turned back around and continued. "Well, lets get to it!" We packed our bags and left.
We walk into the woods. I was walking on the left, Chloe on the right, and Elizabeth in the middle. Elizabeth always wanted to be in the middle like she was the leader of the group. We walked in a stright line like one of those highschool movies when the girls walk in the middle of everyone like they were invisible.
Chloe was spooked by the weird noises in the woods so Elizabeth, the brave one, yelled at Chloe for being a so called 'baby'. I laughed it off just to comfort Chloe, then Chloe looked at me and giggled.
Elizabeth clenched her fists and turn to both of us. "Whats funny?!" Chloe stopped laughing and starred at the ground, hair covering her eyes. "N-Nothing..."
Elizabeth stared at her, I wish this staring contest could be over, its ridiculous and stupid. We are in at night for crying out loud! Who would want to stop and stare at each other for twenty minutes. I closed my eyes and breathed. Then i looked up. "Are we going or not, come on you guys this is childish crap!" I interrupted nearly yelling.
"Why did you yell so loud like that Candace???" Elizabeth yelled, face turning red from the yeling.
I yelled back, " Because it's stupid! I'm sixteen and you guys are playing some dumb staring contest like a bunch of little kids! Just get over it. We are in the middle of a spooky woods arguing like this! So you think thats a little stupid?"
Elizabeth gives me a plain stare. "Your right Candace, this is childish. We should keep going!" Elizabeth smiled and continued leading the group. Chloe looks up after she turned around, her big blue eyes glared at me the whole time.
I feel bad for her, Elizabeth shouldnt push her that hard. Ever since that accident that day, she's been scared of everything. I've been there for her ever since, its like im her gardean angel.
Soon Elizabeth stopped and turned to us. "W-Well h-h-here we are!" I looked up at the mansion, it was huge. It had some broken windows, and had a bocouny at the top.
I turn to look at Chloe. She was shaking like a vibrating chair. I placed my hand on the top of her long, blonde hair. "Its gonna be alright. I wont let anything happen to you.... not again."
She looked up and gave me a confident smile. She gave her a warm smile, then rubbed her back.
"W-Well, lets go in...." said Elizabeth in a shaky voice. She slowly takes a step to the door and opens it. A large creeking sound echoed through out the mansion. Chloe rushed inside and hid behind Elizabeth like a sheild. I looked up at the sky. It was dark, so dark that the stars is the sun compared to the dark blue sky.
The wind blowed strongly, hitting trees. The tall, wavy, trees blew with the wind in a certain way. It looks like it was warning us about the mansion. I didnt pay no attention to the tree so I looked away.
Then I noticed somehing in the window. I turned and glanced at the window and see a dark figure. It looked like it was standing in a middle of a empty room so I desided to glare back.
"Candace Ashley Williams, lets go!" I turned around and see Elizabeth waving her hand as a signal to get inside.
I turned back around to the window and the figure was gone. 'I must be daydreaming.' I told myself. I shook my head and rushed inside to catch up with them.
