Kurt Valhart took the cake out from the oven and a fresh aroma filled the room. He set it on the counter and filled an icing bag with the icing (Y/n) taught him to make. (Y/n) stared at the pink eyed man, examining his procedures and smiling at him.

Kurt felt a bit bashful, knowing he was being eyed down by (Y/n) but despite their moment together, he couldn't help but wonder where the other two set of eyes were - he knew someone was watching and their gaze did not feel right.

Cupid wouldn't cooperate still due to the fact that Kurt was getting attached to his varie, his target, and she disliked betrayal and liars. Losing Cupid's trust, Kurt couldn't get information he wanted to know - it frustrated him.

(Y/n) grabbed a knife from the drawer and held it above the cake. "Would you fancy a slice?" She offered and Kurt shook his head. "Wouldn't it be nice to wait for the others?" Kurt chuckled, cradling her hand in his and snatching the knife from her. (Y/n) hesitated a small laugh and nodded, crossing her arms. "Then we wait."

"I promise we'll eat the cake together." Kurt dropped the knife on the counter and placed a cover on the cake. "Now, about that secret you promised to tell me?" (Y/n) inquired and the pink eyed male flinched. He looked at her and gave a long sigh. "It's...hard to explain but you will understand some day." He reassured, giving a smal grin and started to walk away. "I'll go check on the others." (Y/n) nodded as she scanned the cookbook to pass the time.

Kurt walked away from the library and peeked in the living room to see Quenly and Paxton leaning against each other and taking a small nap together. Kurt decided to not disturb the couple and crept past them to reach the staircase.

He walked up quietly to be approached by Aloise, who had startled him. Kurt backed up in to a wall as he reached the top step and huffed. "Don't scare me like that." He muttered.

"I've found a way to make her escape Pola and Reaper's sight." Aloise stated, pushing her hair up in a bun, tying it tightly. Kurt looked at Aloise with suspicion. "And you aren't killing her right?"

Aloise rolled her eyes. "I wish I could. My poor Lea must be lost and scared." She mumbled before shaking her head and going back to topic. "I found a substance that, when consumed, it will temporarily cloak a person's soul from supernatural beings. People used to eat this whenever they felt they were being haunted." Kurt scoffed at the idea.

"We are not drugging her!" Kurt crossed his arms and furrowed his brow at the small female.

"It's not a drug, it's ambrosia." Aloise sighed, rubbing the bridge of her nose, irritated at his behaviour.

"The food of the Gods?"

"It's just a name, don't worry. You know I don't believe in a god, let alone a hundred of em." Aloise announced, taking out a small box that had a button on the side. She pressed the button and the box revealed a hologram of a map. "It was said to be in Greece but really it's everywhere. Ambrosia is the fruit of the Alevoli herb, which makes it difficult to get."

"Why?"

"The nearest alevoli herb is in the Creepypasta's territory and, plus, ambrosia is a rare fruit. It'll be hard to locate some." Aloise stated, turning the hologram off and throwing it at Kurt. "Luckily, I'm a genius so we'll have its location in a jiffy." She grinned, crossing her arms and letting out a small chuckle.

"Then call me when it's done. You know how risky it is to discuss stuff like this out in the open." Kurt scoffed, pacing past her.

"You won't have to wait." Aloise stated, rolling up her sleeves and revealling her watch. "Because I've been searching for it since this morning." She smirked. Kurt took precautions and peeked at the hallway of doors, making sure no one was listening in.
