This is going to be one hella long chapter xD Time to exercise my hands and prepare to write for two hours straight a day.

(Slenderman's PoV)

The forest warned me about a fire spreading and I immediately teleported to the nearest proxy, Hoodie.

By the time I got there, the fire was already extinguished and left a nasty hue of black. Beside me was Hoodie who looked at me with that same frowning face covering his own. Masky was standing in front of one of the torched trees, finishing off the last trace of the flames.

"What happened?" I inquire, calmly looking at the two. "Ask those idiots." Hoodie said, pointing over to Smile Dog and Grinny who were behind me. I tilt my head at them while they drop their heads to the ground. "Explain."

"Two hunters were here." Grinny said, looking up at me. "What was their business here?" I asked and Smiley growled lightly. "All we know was that they were looking for ambrosia." Masky stands beside Hoodie staring at me. "What could they possibly want to do with that?" I thought about the possible uses and my shoulders tensed up. "Did they get it?" I asked and the two hesitated to answer. "Yes."

I clenched my fists as Smile Dog and Grinning Cat began to cover their ears, probably from the static I made but could never hear myself. "And you just stood by?"

"We tried to stop them!" Grinny started, clawing the ground from the ringing in his ears. "Then their scientist used a shield of some sort!" Smiley continued, whimpering. I let go of the tension to stop the static and sighed. "Scientist?"

"Aloise Revenent." Hoodie stated, putting his hands in the pockets of his jacket. "We shot both of them but something bounced our bullets out of their trail, that's why they didn't die." Masky said, crossing his arms. "Like the shield Grinny and Smiley are referring to?" Masky shook his head, putting a hand on his chin. "Aloise couldn't use the shield anymore, that's why they ran. No, something was there with them, making sure nothing would kill them."

"Did you say Revenent?" A voice asked behind me. I turn to see Rai looking exhausted and stared at her as she walked to Hoodie. "Rai, where have you been-" I try to ask but she cuts me off to ask Hoodie and Masky. "You said there was something with them. Did you see anything at all?"

"No ma'am, we may be able to shoot from a mile away but we couldn't see anything that was out of place." Masky informed and Rai nodded, looking pretty startled. "Is something wrong, Rai?" I inquire and she blankly stares off into space. Rai looked at Slendy, "Listen to me, whatever you do, do not mess with them."

"Them?" Smile Dog repeats.

"The spirits." Rai suddenly started to fade away and Slendy couldn't touch her. "Spirits? What spirits?"

"The angel," Rai's feet start to disappear and Hoodie and Masky tried to touch her but their hands just phased through her. "The judge," Rai continues as her hands start to disappear as well. Smile dog and Grinning cat back away, in fear that something would happen. "The executioner," It reached up to her neck and soon she disappeared completely. "and the betrayed." Rai's voice whispered and we all stood in silence, questioning what happened.

I compose myself and cleared my throat. "We get (Y/n) in two days. We end this now."

(Paxton's PoV)

"Kurt Valhart and Aloise Revenent have returned." ESTR informs from the speakers around the house. I looked at the front door from the couch, "Where'd you guys go?" I ask, pulling my attention from the book I was reading. Aloise doesn't give me a glance and Kurt waves at me. "Oh, just went out to get something." Kurt smiled and I notice the extra clothes on them. They wore thick jackets on top of their regular outfits, which I thought was weird.
