with hands
that were bare
i opened myself up to you
and gave you my heart
and when you left it in pieces
i put it back together
and dug a hole to bury
any sweet memories
i had left of you
A/N another glimpse of my personal stuff right now. I know I am usually an over-sharer but I've been keeping a lot of my poetry private at the moment. And I know it must feel like I'm disconnecting with you all and I don't want that, so here I am.
Also, I don't know if any of you read my book "She Lost Herself" before I unpublished it awhile back but I've been busy working on that too and it's very exciting. Hopefully I'll be posting some more pieces soon. ❤️
Love you all 😍
