Good news

Nina's POV

I walk up to Sam and he smiles a little.
"Where is she?" I ask.
"Follow me" he smiled
He walks off and I follow him. He stops out side a room. From inside the room. I here a baby crying.
"You can go in if you want." Sam nudged me. I nodded at him. I walked in. "Nina, look it's my little Sarah May." Dani smiled at me.
"Aww little girl I see." I say.
"Yes just like I wanted." She smiled. I look over at George he boyfriend and smile a little.
"Heard about you and Sam." She nodded.
"Yeah." I nod.
"My brothers a douche sorry" she smiles and then a nurse comes in.
"Ok could you go now please?" the nurse was way to sweet.
"See you later Dani and well done." I smile and she smiles back.
With that I leave.
"She's beautiful isn't she?" Sam didn't look at me.
"Yeah, got her mums eyes" I smile. I was so eager to leave.
"Look I owe you an apology." Sam smiled.
"I'm not in the mood, I need to get back to work" is say.
"No you want to get back to Ian" he says and looks at me now.
"No I want to get back to work, so good bye Sam." I say and walk off.
I walk out the hospital and see Ian stood outside leaning on a car a tear in his eye. I walk up to him.
"What's up?" I ask.
He wraps his arms around me. It shocked me to begin with but then I began to hug him back. "What's up?"
I repeat.
"Ok before though. what you doing here?" he asked.
"Dani had a little girl." I smile. He smile to.
"You and Sam...." I knew question
"No" he smiled when I said that.
"We need to talk about us." I say.
"No we don't, I love you, you love me, We're back together." he smiles and kisses me.
"I love you." He barley spoke.
"I love you too" It felt good to say it and finally mean it. Then I remembered we were in a hospital car park.
"Anyway, what you doing here." I ask.
"Mums got her cancer results back and she's just gone in to get them." He looked down.
"do you know her results." I ask stupid quesion.
"What if it's bad news Nina" He looked at me right in the eye.
"What if it's good news." I say hoping not to see him cry because I know I will cry as well.
"Yeah but..." I cut him off.
"We can deal with the 'yeah but' if it comes to it but now don't worry about it she will be back in a minute." I say trying to calm him down.
I pull him into a hug me facing the hospital. We hold each other for ages until I see a figure that looks like his mum walking out.
"Ian" I say. He turns round and she comes closer and we wait for her.
"Hi Nina" she said sweetly.
"Mum" Ian was clearly waiting for the news.
"I'm clear" she had a grin on her face and soon enough I was being pulled into a 3 person hug/ huddle. Ian had the biggest smile on his face ever.
That smile made me smile. All three of us were smiling like idiots.
"Right well I gotta go." his mum says.
"Need a lift anyone."
"No I got my car." I say and she looks at Ian. "Urm... No I'll get a cab no house is a little out your way." he smiled.
"Well good to see you Nina and Love you Ian." she then got in her car and drove off

"Need a lift?" I ask.
"If you don't mind" he smiled.
"Sure come on."
We get in the car.
"Mine or yours?"
"Yours" he confirmes
All the way home we talk and laugh, That was when I realised I really did love him it was never anyone else. I had never admitted it to myself but now it was so clear.
