--Jay’s POV—

Is this for real? I mean after all these years they show up saying these things to them. I’m worried; I hope they don’t die of shock. Ace doesn’t remember anything about his past but now the picture of the 3 year old baby melting things for fun will haunt him, I know it.

Tegan….

Oh no Tegan, hold yourself together please. You know you can face it.

I looked at her face, it's really tensed up. I would pat her on the back but Sofia has frozen us on our spots. I’m sure the others haven’t notice that she’s frozen us.

Tegan you stayed with a very well known family till you were 9. Your foster family loved horses and had almost a dozen of them in their stables. You were a bad horse rider so one day you got so angry you blew away and killed seven of the horses. Your parents were horrified. They took you to an amusement park and never came back. You slept in the park and the next day you woke up in an orphanage. You stayed there for a year holding a grudge against your parents until Miss Camille Pampri adopted you and wiped your 8 years of memory.

The screen played the entire history. If we weren’t frozen, I know Tegan would be shaking right now.

I knew she could not take the harsh truth. We are monsters. I don’t want to be a monster. They were not monsters. But who knew this day would come?

Tegan was taking long and hard breathes. Her eyes were becoming glossy. If I could just hold her and tell her it’s okay.

Oh crap, Zade’s turn now.

Zade you spent all 7 years in the orphanage. You never got along with the other kids. You were alone and will always be. Inside, you really want somebody to care about you but the wish never fulfilled. One day a donator left a plastic pool in the backyard. The other kids didn’t want you to come in. They thought you were a freak. You couldn’t resist the feeling of hatred. So you dipped your finger in the pool and it froze. The children got stuck in the ice and faced major injuries. They stayed sick for 2 weeks. Sofia Drew adopted you the next day. Your affinity is ice.

The screen showed Zade reading alone, sleeping alone, in the corner alone and under the tree alone. Later it showed the horror in the children’s faces when their body came in contact with the burning ice.

Zade’s expression now was still neutral. He knew he did that but he was over it. He’s a better person now.

Jayden…

I sighed. Guess they need to know the truth.

Jayden you had a younger sister who was as special as you but you were selfish in the age of 13.You would dig deep under the Earth with your inhuman power to find different sorts of minerals. You sold them and earned lots of money. One day when you were walking home with her, a group of street thief’s ganged up on you and your sister. They tries to touch her and you smashed their heads with your hands which had turned into huge pieces of rocks. When it was over and you were back to your senses, your hands were red with fresh blood. Your sister freaked out and started crying. You tried to calm her but she was backing off. You got angry and you hurried to her. She tried to back off quickly too. In this action she wasn’t looking anywhere else. She was in the middle of the road now. She hears a truck horn and she looks at her left……

My eyes are hurting. I have a headache….I need to…

Jay fell on the floor on his knees, he got a terrible headache. Zade and Will helped him up.

Tegan started losing her vision. Everything was blurring. The ground wasn’t stable anymore. This was too much for her. She couldn’t take such major shocks at a time. She lost conscious. She was going to fall down but Ace caught her before that and picked her up by both his arms.

“You wanted the truth.” Sofia said.

“You will pay for this.” said Zade.

Meanwhile Will gave her a disgusted stare.

“Okay go to your house now, we’ll defnitely meet again...” Sofia walked out.
