Despite the trouble Thor had with starting the ship, he seemed to get the hang of how to actually fly it. With a shaky start, the ship began to elevate. Thor turned the ship around, and Milena winced at the sight of multiple pillars being knocked down.
Loki sighed mockingly. "I think you missed a column."
"Shut up!" Thor snapped.
Milena sighed, she didn't know how she was going to last listening to their arguing. The engine lit up and the ship crashed out of the palace, Milena let out a small yelp as she lost her balance, nearly falling.
Thor maneuvered the ship through the city, narrowly missing bridges and buildings.
"Look. Why don't you let me take over?" Loki asked. "I'm clearly the better pilot."
"Is that right?" Thor scoffed "well out of the two of us, which one can actually fly?"
They passed a bunker that was shooting at them, and Milena's grip tightened on the console to the point where her knuckles turned white, as they dived down.
Milena heard a thump from behind her, followed by Loki saying "Oh dear. Is she dead?"
She looked behind her and saw Jane on the floor, she quickly let go and kneeled down beside Jane. "Jane?" Milena called.
"I'm okay." She mumbled weakly.
Milena bit her lip and thought for a moment and placed Jane's head in her lap, and hovered her glowing hands over Jane. Looking to see if she could somehow give her more energy or heal something.
Before she could do anything, the ship shook from shots being fired at them from asgardian soldiers. Milena shook her head and attempted to help Jane again.
"Now they're following us." Loki stated. Milena looked up and saw that indeed there were smaller asgardian ships following them.
They ship shook again, breaking Milena's concentration and she groaned in frustration as she saw the ships firing at them.
"Now they're firing at us!" Loki stated again.
"Yeah, thank you for the commentary Loki! It's not at all distracting!" Thor seethed.
The ship flew through a stone arch, but not before Thor sliced the head off of a statue that stood outside the arch.
"Well done." Loki commented "You just decapitated your grandfather."
With so much happening around her, Milena still couldn't get concentrated enough to help Jane so she just held her to keep her from being thrown around the ship.
"You know this is wonderful. This is a tremendous idea." Loki said with an immense amount of sarcasm. "Let's steal the biggest, most obvious ship in the universe and escape in that."
