"Sir, Madam.." Qing bowed politely to Lee Shu's parents, to which they flusteredly bowed back, "may I have a word with your son, please..?"
"Oh..".Mr and Mrs Lee looked at each other and then quickly nodded, "of course, Mr President." It was supposed to be them, and Lee Shu who have something to say to the President who had just helped save their son.
"Dayu...your friend and I have something to discuss.." Qing whispered to Dayu who was looking at him and Lee Shu questioningly.
"Now..? At this time?" Dayu asked, in a whisper.
"It's important..It won't take long.." Qing hugged Dayu and planted a gentle kiss on his temple. Then, he signalled for his grandmother, who had just came back from sending their guests to the reception area, to come and take Dayu first to the reception area.
Dayu pouted a little as he looked at Qing, but then sighed. Maybe it's something about Lee Shu's recent case.
"Well.." Dayu looked at Qing, "I'll be waiting..." he mouthed before turning to Lee Shu.
"I'll talk to again, in a bit..." and then Qing's grandmother came and linked her arm around Dayu's hand, and led Dayu with Lee Shu's parents to the reception area with the rest of the guests.
"Calm down..And be cool.." Dean spoke to Qing in his mind as he patted Qing's shoulder following Qing's grandmother.
Qing glanced at Dean and caught the other man's eyes, "I am calm.." he refuted. If I wasn't calm, I would have just sucked the air around this man and left him to die. He thought, as he faced Lee Shu.
The other man was facing him without flinching too.
"I know how you feel for Dayu.." Qing didn't hide his thoughts, he's going to lay this down in the open and get everything settled at this moment.
"I know, you know." And Lee shu too, was not afraid to voice out what was obvious, "Thank you for exonerating me. Doctor Ma. He's your lover, right?"
"He's my friend. One the people I trust. He's not my lover." Qing said clearly, "my lover, my partner, my fated Omega, my soulmate; my wife, is Feng JianYu..."
Lee Shu felt his heart breaking again with that reminder, but he held his ground, "and you're not going to betray him?"
Qing's hands were clenching on his sides as he controlled his temper, with so much difficulty. He had never came this close to losing his temper so easily in all his life before; but when it comes to Dayu, it's so difficult to keep his cool.
"It was not easy for us to be together. But I would not talk much about that..The truth is..You are one of the people, Dayu really felt close connection to. He came to the city because he wanted to see you..." Qing forced himself to speak normally with much effort, "the least I could do is, assure you that Dayu is mine and I'm his. He belongs to me as much as I belong to him. I love him more than anything. And I will protect him with everything that I have.."
