One is at the highest level of the hierarchy and the other is at the lowest; yet, nothing is what they seemed to be and nothing is absolute. Trust in the calling of heart for it knew what to do, when the time comes.

"They know that we could see this on the Seer...What do you think this mean, Qing..?"
Qing didn't have to think too long about it, there's only once conclusion.
"They're letting us see this on purpose..." Qing said, "and there were still no public announcement coming from the office of The President of the Kwon City.."
"Yes..We receive none as well.." Dean heaved a deep sigh, "this is not making me comfortable Qing. We knew how ambitious The Elder of the city of Kwon is...And we knew that JiHoon trusted him with his life.."
There were times when all three of them used to really get along, back when they were still kids, when JiHoon's parents were still alive. At that time the Elder was still JiHoon's grandfather. And visits between the founding families were held frequently and hosted by the cities in turns.
After JiHoon's grandfather died, when JiHoon was thirteen, his grandfather's second partner, whom he had taken in fifteen years ago, a male Omega named Jiang, assume the Elder's position. JiHoon's grandmother died in childbirth while giving birth to his father. His grandfather remained single for years, until he met Jiang when he was fifty and the latter was thirty. Two years later, JiHoon was born and it was Jiang who had been taking care of JiHoon since then, like he was his own grandson. Even JiHoon's parents considered Jiang as their own mother. JiHoon and the rest of the Kwon clan accepted Jiang to be the legal grandparent of JiHoon. Back then, when he was still just the partner of the Elder of the City of kwon, he never showed any signs of hatred at all towards the other cities.
When he became the Elder however, he changed the policy of the City. They began distancing and cutting their diplomatic relationship with the city of Wang and the city of Baron. They began to wage a new value; to make the city of Kwon superior than the other cities, as they're the direct descendent of the medieval royal bloodlines. And, since then visits from other cities' founding families were stopped and they also stopped visiting the other cities themselves. JiHoon started to change too. He trusted Jiang's belief, and thus he too soon became as arrogant and as envious as Jiang.
They always thought that it's unfair because the Baron had the most beautiful lands and they prosper from the tourism activities. And they also thought that the city of Wang didn't deserve to be the most fertile land where the agricultural development help supported the city into becoming the centre of trading industries. They thought that, it's not fair, for the land, where the real royal bloodline resided, they only have mediocre landscape and agricultural development. Hence, making their city to be the least developed and the least rich city. As the direct descendent of the real royalties, they should have been the most riches and the most powerful.
"But, we don't know the real situation there, though." Dean said, his mind is heavy with the thought. Never had they ever faced this kind of situation before, "and we also have our own citizen working there as well..." both Qing and Dean have people working there openly and secretly. Ever since the City of Kwon changed their policies from open to close; the city of Wang and the city of Baron had sent people working there as spies. If, this situation really turned bad, then their people working there would be the first to feel the sting. Especially spies.
