"Miss Watkins, this is the package you wanted." I heard my assistant and good friend, Kaila spoke. I took it from her. I ripped the tape and, noticed the manilla folder labeled evidence. I opened it and I felt my heart break, not just once but twice. I couldn't believe my eyes. The picture wasn't graphic but it was something I've never could've imagined. Kaila got up and reached for the pictures.

"Oh My Gosh! Alicia." she said, shocked by the sight. I nodded and sat. I needed to sit this nauseous feeling in my stomach was un-bareable.

"How could he?" I whimpered as tears slowly fell. Kaila hugged me and rubbed comforting circles on my back. I couldn't believe him. There was a knock at the door, we separated from each other.

"Baby girl you feeling okay?" I heard my father whisper against the door. I stood up and dusted myself off.

"Yes, Daddy. I'll be out in a minute." I spoke, after clearing my throat. I looked to Kaila and gave her the look.

"You know what to do now right?" I asked, she looked down and nodded.

"Unfortunately yes. I wish it was only your pictures going to be on the over heads." she said. I nodded, I wish it was like that too. But it wasn't. She grabbed her bouquet and stuffed the flowers in and walked out. My father walked in and looked me up and down.

"I hope these are tears of joy!" My mother said. My father looked back at her with annoyance. My father knew about my suspicious thoughts and even helped me hire the investigator. My father grabbed my hand and my mother handed me my bouquet.

"Ginger please take your seat." My father said. My mother huffed and walked out.

"I'm sorry princess. I know that the son of a bitch is going to regret ever hurting you." he spoke, giving me a comforting hug.

"I'm just ready to get this over with." I whispered as I fixed his tie. He nodded and led the way. I walked and saw Kaila as she conformed to me that the man in charge of the slideshow was given the photographs that were going to be shown, during the ceremony. I smiled, weakly. I heard as the music started. Kaila walked before me and then the whole church stood to their feet.

Troy's large toothy smile made me sick. I swallowed and walked slowly matching my father's pace. Everyone was smiling. Troy's mother waved and I couldn't help but frown. She looked so very confused by my action. I walked up and my father gave me away. I stepped up an starred up at Troy's face. His smile seemed do genuine, but I knew it wasn't directed for me. I slickly smiled back. My Vail wasn't covering my face and he should've realized that I wouldn't be marrying him.

"We gather here to unite these two people in marriage. Their decision to marry has not been entered into lightly and today they publicly declare their private devotion to each other. The essence of this commitment is the acceptance of each other in entirety, as lover, companion, and friend. A good and balanced relationship is one in which neither person is overpowered nor absorbed by the other, one in which neither person is possessive of the other, one in which both give their love freely and without jealousy. Marriage, ideally, is a sharing of responsibilities, hopes, and dreams. It takes a special effort to grow together, survive hard times, and be loving and unselfish." the priest spoke. Taking a look into the ocean of people. I awaited for him to continue. I knew these lines from rehearsals, which Troy was never able to make. And neither was that bitch. I looked around and spotted her, sitting beside my mother. He could easily look down at me and stare at her without anyone knowing. I was pissed at that and the fact her ass was wearing fucking white. I clearly said NO WHITE! But I will easily fix this problem.

"Do you both pledge to share your lives openly with one another, and to speak the truth in love?" the priest spoke. I looked up at Troy.

"We do." Troy spoke, by himself. I just rose an eyebrow at him. He looked at me funny. I just smirked at him. I removed my hand from his and turned to the audience, then back to him.

"Are you cheating on me?" I asked, the whole church roared with confusion and shock. Troy grabbed my hands and pulled me towards himself, making my father jump up out of his seat only for my mother to push him back down. I even witnessed the priest put his bible down.

"I know you're not doing this now." he roughly whispered into my ear. I pushed him away and looked up to the room where the slideshow was being controlled, the screen which once showed our beautiful wedding pictures, was now showing his and I's initials combining to make one. I nodded and our initials were now replaced with him and a slender girl kissing in front of a coffee shop. The crowd gasped. His and her face remained calm.

"That's not me." He said trying to convince the church. I looked at him in shock, 'How are you going to lie in the house of God?'

"Oh really?" I asked. He nodded.

"Yes, really." he answered as his eyes went from her face to mine. I smirked.

"Next slide please." I spoke out to the Slide show operator. He changed the picture to see him looking past her as she laughed into his chest and he laughed over her head.

"That's not you? Church does he have a twin?" I asked.

"No, the hell he don't!" I heard his mother's southern accent yell.

"I know, but I'm not even mad. I'm mad at the fact the woman you cheated on me with is in here right now." I spoke. I looked back out to the church and confused them by looking at no one in particular. I watched as the all looked at the wrong people. No one looked at her, she even had the nerve to look around too.

"Y'all don't waste your time because I will tell you." I spoke.

"I can't believe you cheated on me, with someone I trusted loved and cared so much about. I loved you both and I thought neither of you would hurt me but for two whole years out of our three year relationship you cheated on me, with...Megan, my own sister." I spoke. The whole church gasped, My mother and father were no doubt the loudest.

"Don't look down now. You both look so happy and good together. Megan and you're wearing white. You two shouldn't waste a wedding. Get married, you two deserve it." I said, I took my bouquet from Kaila and handed it to Megan and took the ring off of my finger and gave it to her. She gladly took it and made her way to the alter.

"God bless you both." I spoke. I walked out and felt the wave of loneliness hit me. I felt someone tap me I turned to see. Kaila.

"Look, boo at least we know that you didn't get your first divorce." Kaila said. I giggled and rolled my eyes.

"Your dad tried to run out but your mom-" Kaila started.

"I know, she wants to watch the wedding." I said. My mother never really favored me. She was only my friend because I was getting married that was it. All she really wants is grandchildren and a son in-law. I guarantee she's getting that from her first born and favorite child.

"Alicia, at least we can take you out to the club and you can find you a new man." Kaila said excitedly.

"No men, right now. I'm going to be more about my business and health." I said. she nodded and smiled.

"But we can still go clubbing right?" she asked, I giggled and nodded. I wouldn't ever find a man.

How could two people who always had my trust do this to me?
