"So I heard you met someone fine as hell!" Kaila spoke loudly as she walked into my office. I put the shipping catalog down and looked at her. How could she have known?

"How do you know?" I asked. Her eyes popped open.

"I didn't but now I do. What's his name?" she said sounding happy.

"His name is Dallas." I answered.

"Like Dallas, Texas?" she asked I nodded and she cooed.

"What's his last name?" she asked.

"Knight." I answered as I sighed remembering last night.

"Oh shit that name is sexy, he better match his name or I'll be so mad for you." she said. I laughed. I pulled out my phone and showed her a picture he took on my phone.

"OH LAWD! Where did you find him?" she asked grabbing her purse.

"The supermarket not too far from my house." I said, she then ran out. I laughed Kaila has changed from being my assistant to being a very great friend. She's like my back bone.

"Hello, Miss Watkins these came in for you." I heard a voice say.

"Thanks Janiece." I said getting up and getting the large bouquet from her fragile arms. I rested on my desk and just stared at it. I hate daisies. I don't know if I told Dallas, but I wouldn't want to seem unappreciative. My office phone rang, I answered it.

"Asani's Clothing boutique. This is the owner Alicia." I answered.

"Damn you sound good on the phone." I heard Dallas' voice, I felt the feeling to have to go.

"Hello, Alicia you don't like it. You think it's cheap." he spoke as if he made the biggest mistake of his life.

"No, No, It's just that I don't really like Daisies." I said.

"Daisies? I know you don't like them that's why I didn't send you Daises." He said, sounding honestly confused.

"Oh maybe the delivery boy got confused." next thing I know. Janiece walked in with a crystal vase with water and a single red rose. I cooed.

"What did the delivery boy give you a puppy?" he asked.

"No, Did you send the single rose?" I asked.

"No." he said as if he was sulking his shoulders.

"What, Janiece were there any cards?" I asked, my employee she pointed to the daisies, I saw a small folded card. I opened it and skimmed it and huffed at what I read.

'Hello,

Alicia, It's been a while since we hung out.
You might hate me for doing you how I did
you but seeing you the other night, only
reminded me just how much I miss and
still love you.

                        Love, Troy'

"Hello?" I heard Dallas ask.

"Yes, Dallas." I answered.

"Are you okay?" he asked, sounding really concerned.

"Yes I'm fine." I answered.

"Janiece please throw these Daises away." I ordered. Janiece grabbed them and walked out which made me have to walk out and handle the front. I connected my Bluetooth headset to the office phone.
