Darkskin: Chapter Fifteen

My ring finger is empty and once again I walk around looking like a fool. I haven't really said anything but Bye to Aaron since that day. Did I feel bad? Hell Yeah, but I couldn't do it anymore. Everyone wouldn't want him if he ain't have all the money he has. Its been exactly one month since we were together, and I've seen him with about nine bitches, but I don't care. I got my job back at footlocker surprisingly. Once I mentioned everything that happened then Antonio confirmed it I was back in. I moved into another apartment, which is bigger and better, but still two bedrooms. Aaron still sends me money, but I just throw it inside my safe, I don't use it and I won't unless I really have too. None of this would be going on if he ain't go out and cheat, we were perfect...Now we're not together...

I tied my hair in a ponytail watching the customers from the register. Everyone seems to be okay, Ant was helping everyone out, that's until Aaron walked in with some girl. Ant turned to me but I turned away. She was laughing and he had his arm wrapped around her.

"King what the hell? " I heard the girl yell and guess who it was? The bitch from the hotel. What type of shit, you know what I'm not even mad..  not at all.

"Ashley!!!" My friend from highschool Mason ran in with a dozen roses. He is such a sweetie and he does this shit at the right time. He's been bringing me flowers everyday. He knows we're just friends and won't be anymore than that, but he is really sweet. Aaron's head shot my way and he gave me a dirty look when I took the flowers from Mason.

"Maaaay. " I sang smelling the flowers. He flashed his smile and his dimples sunk deep into his cheeks. I don't know why but I attract light skin boys, this one just has dimples and eyes just like mines.

"I seem you might have needed something." He whispered referring to Aaron. I smiled plucking his cheek causing him to laugh.

"Thanks Mason. Him and his girlfriends don't phase me though." I explained to him and he gave me the you a lying ass bitch look. I walked over to the other side of the store and setting them down on a table. Missy walked closer and knocked them off while bumping into me. I gripped her up pushing her into the wall, making her hit her head. "Don't.fucking. touch.me."

"Woah Ash." Ant yelled. Him and Mason ran over taking me off her. She looked scared, I smirked then my eyes met Aaron's when he came to help. "Can't fight customers because they come in with your ex."

"Fuck both them, she touched me so I gripped her up. Ant please don't try me." Mason put his arm around me as I walked to the back. I didn't even notice I had tears falling until I wiped my face to see my eyeliner on my hand.

"King want you Ashley." Ant informed me walking to the back taking a seat.

"We only talk when it's about Ashton, and he has a certain time to call me. He can suck my dick." I shouted.

"I know for a fact you don't have a dick Ashley, come here damn." I turned on my heels seeing him standing there in all white, looking like sex. I shook my head no crossing my arms. He walked over to me wiping my tears and I pushed him off of me.

"Mason come with me. Ant I'll see you in the morning. " I pushed past Aaron walking out. Arms wrapped around my waist I turned and he was on me. "Stop fucking touching me, talking to me, looking at me, get out my life."

"You don't want that Ashley, you still want me but your insecure ass won't allow that to happen. All them bitches around my way keep telling every girl,  don't date him. You gone fall for him but his heart still belong to someone else. Crazy that the person who got my heart.... won't let it go. You got a lock on my heart, that no one else has."

"How many girls you had sex with in this last month and how many times?" I crossed my arms looking up at him.

"Uhh like nine girls and about probably twenty times." He scratched his arm and I shook my head.

"I let go of your heart,  you can give it to a bitch who gone deal with you." I walked away from him walking over to Masons car and before before I could get in the door shut right back.

"Stop being so bitchy, you.are.mines. Why don't you understand? A break is fine but I need you. I'm draking for you." I pushed him away and got inside the car locking the door. He looked at me before walking away.

Mason got to the car, got inside and we pulled off down the street. My head stuck on what just happened while the music blasted through the speakers. Sadly, I don't know how to feel right now. That's the longest conversation I've had with him in a month, he love me but he comes inside the job he knows I work at with the bitch I broke up with him over. He must desperately need some pussy because he speaks all that good talk when he tries sweet talking me into sex. I know his little tricks,  been getting me since high school. He knows he can't be serious with a bitch he don't tell his name, like she call you King but be confused when you go around family. Dumb shit, we pulled up to my house and I got out with Mason behind me.

"You need to just trust him because the fact you're just pushing away is crazy."

"I'm scared of being hurt again o-" I stopped when I felt a really sharp pain in my stomach. It hit me again and I dropped to the floor wincing in pain. Mason dropped down to my side trying to figure out what was going on. I felt the tears running down my face. He lifted me up, that's the last thing I Remember before everything went black.

Aaron

I leaned up against the wall looking around the block. I heard cops but then a car pulled up next to me. Eli opened the door and I jumped inside. "What!?"

"Ashley's in the hospital and Ashton is freaking out." Eli told me speeding down the street towards the hospital.

"What the hell happened!?"

"All Mason told me is that she passed out. They don't know exactly What's wrong, and they aren't letting anyone see her. Not even our mom and dad." I threw my head back against the seat closing my eyes. Something always happening , it never fails. She probably was stressing a lot, trying to hold shit in. I told her talk your shit out inside of trying to keep everything to yourself. That's not healthy..

We ran into the hospital going up to the third floor. I was out of breath so I stopped catching my breath for a minute while Eli walked over to his parents. I stood straight up running my hands down my face then walked into the waiting room.

"What did you do!?" Her dad yelled when I got in there. I threw my hands up in defense.

"I haven't been with Ashley for a month." He sighed sitting back down in the chair.. "I should have been though."
