Muggle World, Wendy's Apartment

Gamila (now as Wendy) sat down by her desk in her office. She had for the first time stepped inside of her muggle apartment.

Her shift at the restaurant wasn't going to start within a couple of hours so the witch decide to kill some time. Starting of by pulling out all of her papers she had gotten she put them on her desk.

Wendy's boss had sent her some notes about him and his behaviour as well, she started off by reading them. It said that he was "arrogant unpleasant man not wishing to speak with anyone"

The spy found a letter that told her that Severus Snape had only been in love once and it was with no other then Lily Potter, Harry Potter's mother.

Thanks to the files she found out that he was age 39, his father's name was Tobias Snape and that he was a muggle. Severus Snape was therefore a half-blood. His hair was said to be black and his eyes as well. The files told her that he was a professor at Hogwarts and a slytherin and many more things.

Two hours later Wendy clenched the white apron around her small waist. The restaurant had just opened and she hope that Severus Snape would show up. She had never seen him in person, only fotografs of him taken before the war. But she thought it wouldn't be too hard to spot him in the crowd. The hook nose and black eyes made him stand out. Beside wasn't he a normal muggle, he must act differently from the others.

Her strawberry blonde hair was gathered in a messy braid following her back. She had put on some mascara to highlight her lashes and a pink lipstick. She wore a black shirt with short sleeves, black thin leggings, a short also black skirt and the white apron. With the notebook in her left hand and the pen in her right hand she started circling the tables picking up orders, waiting for Snape to show up.

Muggle World, the Restaurant

It had gone one hour since the restaurant opened and Wendy was to busy delivering meals and picking up orders to noticed the long man with black hair walking in to the restaurant. He wore a black muggle suit, black shoes and a silver watch. His hair was smoothly combed back and he had a round pair of sunglasses resting on his hook-formed nose.

Wendy walked fast between the tables, scared she would trip, she was a very clumsy woman. She carried two glasses of red wine on a black tray and smiled her stunning smile at the couple she served. A new waitress Snape noticed. His gaze followed the small body across the room, she was young and very beautiful he thought as he sat down at his regular spot. Snape picked up the menu even tho he knew he would order the same thing he usually did. Mushroom soup and a glass of red wine with garlic bread. This place had the best muggle bread he ever had eaten.

Muggle World, the Restaurant

Wendy went in to the kitchen and picked up three plates of fish & chips. The rush-hour was over and it wasn't as chaotic in the kitchen anymore. She grabbed the hot plates and carried them as gracefully as she could out in the dining room. The strawberry blonde woman noticed that a lot of people had left and the tables stod empty with plates on them. After serving the three guys sitting by the wall with the TV-screen she started picking them up. Wendy saw a man sitting in the corner, quite close the the bar also filled with dishes, looking out by the window at the people walking by.

She recognized the black hair and the big nose. Jackpot, she had for the first time spotted Severus Snape. She smiled for herself and continued picking up plates and glasses, but she kept an eye on the man the entire time.

Wendy filled the dishwasher and went out to the bar were her co-worker Bryan stod and dried the beer-glasses with a white towel.

"Made any good tips this evening?" Bryan asked and looked at her.

The green-eyed woman sat down at a leather barstool. Her cheeks went red and she looked away at Snape.

"A little maybe" she answered and giggled.

Bryan didn't answer, he just laughed and shook his head at the same time.

Wendy looked out in the dining room. There was still a couple of people left. A bunch of guys watching TV surrounded by beer-glasses. Two young women talked loudly about another woman and discussed if she had gotten botox or lip-surgery. And then Snape of course. She memorized his back, in the position he sat it looked like he was reading. Wendy was curious what it was, letters from his friends? Plans made by the death eaters or just normal muggle fiction?

Snape soon picked up his things and left. He walked out in the muggle world and put his glasses back on even tho the sunset was on its way. The suit-wearing man walked down the street, enjoying the late night air thinking that his life were going already for once. He didn't know how wrong he was, because from the restaurant, the strawberry blonde waitress followed him with her gaze until she couldn't she him anymore. Thinking of ways to get to know him, and not for a good reason.
