Was It All A Lie? [Severus Snape]

Chapter 9

Muggle World, the Restaurant

Severus Snape stepped inside of the restaurant and his eyes immediately started searching for Wendy. He was not here to enjoy dinner, he only wanted to set up a meeting with the muggle-woman again. Snape found her very interesting and would like to continue their relationship to see where it could go.

The strawberry blonde waitress almost walked right in Severus Snape. "Sorry sir, I'm so clumsy" she said and looked up at the tall man infront of her

"Still no harm done miss Colton" The potions master said with a smile on his thin lips.

"Severus" Wendy was actually surprised to see him here. It was only Tuesday and she thought the professor would be at Hogwarts teaching students, clearly not.

"What can I do for you, professor?" she asked and smiled.

"When does your shift ends?"

"Eehh..." Wendy looked around her. She spotted a silver watch on Snapes wrist. The waitress lightly grabbed his arm and it so she could see the time. His skin was cold and he showed no sign of the death eater mark on his left arm. "Half and hour" she said and looked up at him smiling.

The wizard smiled back at the muggle woman but you could see that he had become nervous when Wendy grabbed his wrist. Good the spy thought for herself. His reaction is good evidence.

"I will be back in half and hour then" Snape said and began walking to the door.

"No wait professor" said Wendy and grabbed his hand this time. "Let me offer you some bread at least" she stroke her thumb on his backhand feeling the tension between them grow. They may be more than friends when the spy was done with her mission.
