4 : Can't Be Avoided

Finally, that day had came. After two weeks of preparation, today is the wedding day. Eunji was sitting in the dressing room in her long white wedding dress while Key was outside greeting the guests with fake smiles.

Eunji had been sighing countless of times since she was left alone. She heard a knock on the door.

"Come in!" She said and the door opened, revealing her best friends.

"Eunjiiiiiii!!" They all exclaimed and ran toward her and hugged her tightly.

"You look so beautiful." Chorong said.

"That's the definition of Jung Eunji." Eunji replied. She had a playful side whenever she's with her best friends and brothers which the other people don't know.

"See? Her princess disease is getting worse and worse." Naeun teased.

On the other hand, Key stood with his mom to greet all the guests. Even though he didn't want to do it, he had to do or he'll be homeless. Then a familiar figure walked in the hall, making Key smiled immediately.

"Mrs Kim! That girl again." Jin Guk, the Kim's family's lawyer whispered to Mrs Kim.

"She's going to ruin it again." She gritted her teeth.

"Oppa!" Nicole exclaimed.

"Oh, Cole! You came!" Key said as he hugged her, making his mother gave them a death glare.

"Of course! I had to come. It's your wedding." She said and frowned.

"I'm sorry! I wish my bride was you." He said, trying to comfort her.

"It's okay." She said. "Anyway, I got a gift for your bride." She shown a nice wrapped box.

"Let's go!" He said and they linked arms. As they walked past Mrs Kim, Nicole gave a smirk to her.

"I feel not so good, Mrs Kim. I feel she's gonna do something to Eunji." Jin Guk said.

"Let's take a look." Mrs Kim said. "Yunho! Changmin!" She said.

"Nae?" The boys replied.

"Can you help me with the guests? I'll be right back."

"Nae."

"Come in!" Eunji said after she heard a knock.

"Hello!" Nicole greeted with a not-so-sincere smile. "I come here to give you a present and hopefully you like it." She gave the box to Eunji and left.

"Open it!" Key said. "Then I can tell my girlfriend whether you like it or not." The room filled with silence as everyone was waiting for Eunji to open the box.

Slowly, she unwrapped the present and opened it, but dropped it immediately after she saw what was inside it.

"Uh..." Key was speechless. There was a knife with blood in the box.

"Tell your girlfriend that I really like it." Eunji said and breathed heavily. "Thank you guys so much." She closed her eyes.

"Are you okay?" Namjoo asked her.

"I'm okay. Can you help me throwing this thing away?" Eunji suggested and turned to Key. "Don't you have to greet the guests outside?"

"What did she do to you, Eunji?" Suddenly, Mrs Kim came in. The girls was panicked as they didn't want Mrs Kim to see what Nicole gave to Eunji. 

"Nothing, omonim!" Eunji answered.

"Then why do you look so pale?" She asked but spotted what the girls was holding. "What is it?"

"It's nothing, omonim!" Eunji tried to cover.

"Let me see!" Mrs Kim tried to pull it from the girls and opened it. Upon seeing what's inside, Eunji felt dizzy again, like she's going to pass out soon. "What is this? I'm going to teach that girl a lesson."

"No, omonim!" She said. "There are many guests. We shouldn't embarrass ourselves."

"Okay then! Sit down! You're so pale. Are you sure you're okay?" Mrs Kim guided her to sit.

"She's afraid of blood." Hayoung replied.

"Yah!" Eunji slapped her arm. She didn't like it when someone mentioned about her weakness.

"We don't understand how can she survived from her period." Chorong added.

"Yah!"

"You guys look so playful." Mrs Kim pointed out.

"When we are together...." Hayoung trailed.

"Chaos!" The girls chorused, making Mrs Kim chuckled.

"Really chaotic!" She agreed. 

Then the wedding planner knocked and came in.

"The guests are all seated. Can we start now?"

"5 more minutes!" Mrs Kim answered. 

Key felt like his heart was going to explode as he saw Eunji slowly walked down the long aisle with Yunho. She wore a slight smile, but it was breath-takingly gorgoeus. He smiled a bit, but then turned a bit frown when he made eye contact with Nicole.

"I hope you treat her nicely." Yunho said as he placed Eunji hand on Key's palm. "Or else you become dead meat."

"I announce you as husband and wife. You may kissed the bride." The priest said. Key leaned forward and Eunji was leaning backward, making Key felt frustrated. He grabbed her by her waist, kissed her and pulled away. The guests cheered except one person, Nicole. She gritted her teeth and looked at Eunji with hate.

*I'll make your life miserable, Jung Eunji.*

Soon, the reporters was banging, trying to ask question. The Kim's heir and current CEO married with another lady when he had countless traces of him dating with famous idol. Then they got into the car and headed to the airport for their honeymoon to Hawaii.

They were on the plane,which was boarding, but Key was already asleep while Eunji was gazing outside the window. She turned around and looked at Key's sleeping face.

"You don't look so bad while sleeping. You'll be perfect if you change your behavior though."

She leaned back to her seat. Then she felt a weight on her shoulder. It was Key. She tried to push him away, but failed. Instead, she sat still and soon enough she fell asleep with her head resting on top of Key's head.

Key opened his eyes after he assumed that his legal wife was sleeping. He smiled slightly.

"You're not so bad, too."
