"Argh!!!!!!"Eunji pushed as hard as she can while one of her hand squeezed by Key and another one gripping on the bed sheet. After 15 hours of suffering in contraction, she finally gotta push her babies out.
"Push, Mrs Kim! You're doing a great job. We're almost there." The doctor instructed her.
"Argh!!!!!!" She groaned again. "I don't think I can do it."
"Yes, you can do it, babe!" Key encouraged her and kissed her forehead. "Just a few more push."
"Push for your baby, Mrs Kim." The doctor said and Eunji let out a scream.
"Kibum!" Tear escaped from her eyes.
"We can see the baby's crown. Just a couple more push."
"Argh!!!!!!!!!!" She felt like her lower region is going to rip apart when the baby came out.
"A big push for us, Mrs Kim. The head is out now." Key looked at his wife worriedly. He must be suffered a lot because of him.
"Argh!!!!!!!!!!!" She gathered all her strength and pushed.
A loud cry echoed in the room as Eunji loosen her grip from Key's. Through her sweat and tear, she saw a tiny figure in the doctor's arms.
"Congratulation! It's a boy!" The doctor said and handed the baby to Key. He kissed on her forehead and Eunji smiled while looking at the doctor who was holding the baby.
"Can I ho....Argh!" She felt another contraction hit her again.
"Another baby is coming." The doctor said. Key grabbed her hand again and whispered confort words to her.
"Argh!" She tried her best to push. She has no strength left.
"Another push, Mrs Kim."
"Another push, babe." She bit her lower lips and tried to push as hard as she can. Soon enough, another cry echoed in the room. Her hand loosen from him.
"It's a girl. Congratulation!"
A proud big smile formed on both Key and Eunji's lips.
After the nurses cleaned the baby and wrapped them in a small clean towel, they handed the babies to the couple. The babies were so small and they both looked at their babies and smiled. The pain that she had felt the past hours was all worth.
Soon enough, Eunji drifted to her dreamland due to exhausion. Key was holding on her hand and rested his chin on it. He felt guilty for letting her suffered the pain alone. He has no idea that the labor that women had went through was this hurt. He started to feel regret about him being a playboy back in his school days, breaking the woman's heart. He respects them now. He then planted a kiss on her hand.

Eunji woke up and saw only Siwan who was sniffing since Key went out to buy some food.
"Siwan!" She hoarsely called him. Siwan shot his head up and approached her. "Baby! What's happen? Who hurt you? Why are you crying?" She bombarded him with questions and patted his head.
"Mommy!"
"Hmm?" She replied.
"Now mommy has two more children. What if mommy and everyone else stop loving me?" He asked and cried out.
"Silly boy!" She chuckled. "Siwan! Do you want to know mommy's secret?" He nodded slowly and wiped his tear. "No matter how many children will mommy get, Siwan is always number 1 and mommy love you the most."
"Even more than daddy?" He looked at her with his puppy eyes, making her giggled.
"Yes!" She nodded and smiled.
"Yay!" He punched his fist in the air before kissing her cheek. "Mommy! I love you the most, too."
